These plants are week 9 from clone. They rooted around Feb 10th. There are 3 Cafe Racers (from the same mother). And 1 apple fritter (on the bottom left). I did a light defoliation this week. when I moved these plants into the new tent they were slightly stressed by the new light the apple fritter seem to be more susceptible to this stress but is recovering.
Ps. So I know week 9 a little late. But better late than never. I'll try to do my best to keep updating and make sure you guys get the harvest and post harvest analysis. And the next one I'll try to start my diary from seed.
This week the plants seemed stressed I knew it was not the light so I tested the soil and the pH was off (7.3) now I will be watering with a lower pH around 6.0.
Ps. Starting from the top left the Cafe Racers are labeled clockwise #1 to #3
The grow is looking healthy after last week seeing the plants were stressed I checked the soils pH. Seeing it was 7.3 in all plants soil I adjusted the waterings to about 6.0 (for more information see week 10) weekly I will be checking the soil pH this week the soil PH was for the Cafe Racers between 6.3 and 6.4 the Apple Fritter was 6.5. Seemed to me the plants were recovering well so I defoliated this week. A few more weeks and hopefully we'll be going into flower.
Ps. Apple fritter is still recovering from being stressed by the light then the pH out of range so I defoliated lightly
I defoliated the plants this week. Not much has changed I attempted to raise the light intensity stressed the plants so I lowered it back down. I will attempt to raise the light intensity again after the final transplant and I start to reduce the hours of darkness
Not much has changed this week just did a light lollipopping or skirting basically a defoliation of sucker branches that aren't going to make it to get sufficient lighting
Transplanted the girls this week they were looking slightly hungry but their Roots looked healthy moved up from one and a half gallon pots to 5 gallon pots during the next week I'll be transitioning to flower
After the transplant the plants did have a growth spurt. Slowly I'm transitioning the light to flowering. Reducing the hours every day or other day and increasing the light I'm using the AC Infinity 3x3 kit I have the AC Infinity light at 8 out of 10 for now hopefully by flower if I don't see any stress from the light being increased I will have it at 100%.
PS. Also defoliated this week
The transition to flower is complete the plants are looking healthy at this stage I'll do my best to keep them watered well and get the light intensity to 100% before harvest.
Ps. This week I install a trellis net
The plants are doing well this week still feeding off the food I gave them in transplant. Next week I will be top feeding them with the power Bloom from Gaia green and worm castings
This week I gave the plants their last feeding of the Gaia green power Bloom and worm castings. The plant seem to be doing well the apple fritter has a sweet fruity smell the cafe racers have more of a funky pungent smell also slightly sweet [but not a fruit sweet] .
From this point on I'm just attempting to keep up with the watering and let these girls do their thing. The water intake has increased dramatically week five and six of flower kind of caught me off guard one day I look at them and they were drooping. Pretty quickly I think they went from needing water every other day to everyday.
