Repotted to a slightly larger pot on the 29th April. Used pre-fertilized peat potting soil (all-mix) mixed with some pumice for extra aeration.
Plant seems to have fully recovered from the chlorosis. No nutrients apart from the single calmag dose in week 2 of veg. -may 1
Topped on 2nd May. Roots look extremely healthy. Plant also has a good color. -May 5th
Just did the last repot into 10gal fabric pot today. Not enough soil to fill the whole thing, getting more all-mix Monday.
Roots looking very healthy and so is the foliage. Still uncertain on what sort of training I want to do with this one but I am thinking that I will top once more and flip. Might scrog if she gets big enough to warrant it.
No nutrients so far. - May 11
Put scrog in and flipped to 12/12 on the 16th. Started giving weak nutrients according to biobizz schedule for the fertilized all-mix on 18th. Plant lookin' good 👍
Plant is growing real fast. Currently second week of flower and the plant started showing signs of preflower on the 27th.
Going to stop tucking for now to let them stretch up. I will install a second net if I think I need it.
Second net added, she was spreading very well until temps hit absolutely steaming and it became absolutely full of rust spots. Was thinking septoria due to how quick it came but now I'm thinking calcium deficiency from the heat. I crept the DLI up a few days ago and temps are just out of control.
Back to 20 DLI in the middle, pushed the light as far up as I can get it. Leaving tent open during light hours, hopefully these measures will be enough.
Long time since last update but put in some pics from a week or two back.
Plant got toasted with the light and heat as I explained in last update. I thought I would lose it since I also have some thrips pressure in the tent. This will be my last indoor grow for this summer, heat is too much.
The bracts have started to show that really nice purple color that the breeder is so happy about. Too bad that it's the warm season as I reckon this plant gives some really nice purples when the cold hits it.
Smells real nice too when you disturb it but otherwise the smell isn't too strong. Given the stress, I'm not surprised.
