@Archie1337, it makes sense. But autoflowerings are not especially tolerant to any cutting. Probably the best thing is to do the least defol you can. On a 0-10 scale something around 2.

@DivineSeeds, Would you recommend any defol, I am trialing doing 0 defol on all my plants this run, very difficult with the more indica strains though!
