xhibo 27.04. The temperatures are getting warmer again, I put the Quick One outside and hope it starts growing now. 30.04. The plant is now outside during the day, which is definitely good for it. Unfortunately, after 16 days since it stretched its head out, it has only developed the second set of leaves after the cotyledons. I hope with the sunny days it really kicks off in week 3!

xhibo Now the third week is over, and the Q1 is just forming its first five-fingered leaf pair. However, the first signs of side shoots are slowly developing in the leaf axils. Just to be safe, I planted 2 more Q1 seeds to germinate on 02.05.2024.

xhibo 04.13.24 first sighting of cotyledons ... 05.06.2024: Span 14cm and the first shoots are already showing in the axils. I watered again today with tomato fertilizer. I hope they make a decent jump this week. 05.09.2024: Span 17cm. Unfortunately, no visible growth. For that reason, I ordered 2x 10w SansiLed, arriving tomorrow. 05.10.2024: Last day of week 4. Span 19cm. The SansiLED also arrived today, but unfortunately, I already burned the seedlings a bit (black spots on the cotyledons). I’ve increased the distance to 30 cm (previously about 15 - 20 cm).

I think it also has a lot to do with what you want. In my opinion, there’s no right or wrong, just that when the plant is very young, you have to be more careful, of course. I would just recommend checking out how others have done it and then finding what works best for your situation.

xhibo 11.5. Unfortunately, only slight growth 12.5. Started LST 13.5. In the photo, you can now see how LST begins. It's also progressing slowly, current span is at 21cm 14.5. LST is really very easy and doesn't hurt the plant (I hope it has the opposite effect ;)). It stays nice and flat and hopefully gets a lot more sun. I'm already much happier with the current development than I was with the last 14 days 16.5. Unfortunately, the weather is getting worse again

xhibo It's going pretty well for the first grow, even though it had a rather rough/dark start. On the second day of week 6 (05/19), the first signs of pre-flowering are already showing. Unfortunately, on 05/21, I broke a shoot while adjusting during LST.

xhibo I find it difficult to determine height with LST, as it doesn't change much naturally. It's going better than expected, and the plant is really taking off. Now I'm watering once a week with half the recommended dose of growth/bloom nutrients. On May 26th, unfortunately, there are slight signs of over-fertilization on 2 leaves, so I'll take it slower now. She has also received a neem oil misting, as she was standing next to an ant nest and they were diligently placing aphids.

xhibo Looks good so far, now the weather just needs to get better :( May 31: Self-printed LST clips. Hopefully, this will give the lower branches a bit more sun too. June 4: Hopefully, the weather will improve now. I definitely like the plant. Due to some undefined spots (presumably fungus gnats), I applied neem oil again. The flowering will probably last another 4 weeks...

xhibo Finally nice weather again The plant is developing beautifully, I started using the flowering booster from bioBizz today (June 10th). What do you think, how much longer does it need approximately?

Do I need to worry? I actually didn't want to use Neem oil anymore at this stage.

Ants usually only go to a plant when they find aphids there that they can milk. Check again if you have aphids. Otherwise, I think the ants are just selling themselves.

worry about what ? no neem oil in flower, thats golden rule. i would not recomend to use any neem oil, there is plenty better alternatives to fight pests or fungus.

xhibo Hopefully, I'm doing everything right 5g after drying and trimming. Really annoyed, but I still have 2 more irons in the fire, one of which is also an RQS Q1 with the same genetics. The Amnesia from Linda Seeds looks much more promising there.

It could have gone worse with the weather and without seedlings. In the future, maybe better to focus on quality rather than quick, especially without perfect conditions, but it's actually a cute little bonsai. If it weren't for the plant limit.. 😂🙏

Congratulations! You can be satisfied with your first harvest.

For the current conditions, that's a good yield in my opinion 👍 maybe it will be much more in the next run, with significantly better weather 🌱👊
