Nach ein paar sehr guten Tagen und einer halben Woche Urlaub sind sie förmlich explodiert. Nicht nur hoch sind sie geworden auch die Blätter haben sich weiter vom Hauptstamm entfernt.
Pflanze 2 (die kleinere) riecht nun sehr nach Cannabis.
Pflanze 1 noch gar nicht.
Well it’s growing outside and you mentioned the weather hasn’t been great, with not much sun. Based on that I’d say there’s not much you can do about that. She’s not that small, and she looks happy. I’m sure she’ll take off as soon as the weather is more suitable. Good luck

Ich würde gerne versuchen den Hauptstamm umzubiegen um den unteren Trieben die Möglichkeit zugeben sich zu entwickeln. Ist das in der 4. Woche sinnvoll oder sollte ich sie einfach wachsen lassen?

You can if you so desire, but at 4 weeks old and being autos, I am not sure if there would be any real benefits.
Obviously, at 4 weeks of age, the auto plants transitioning to flowering will not be far off.
Might be just as good to leave them as they are and not stress them in any way, as training can at first, actually slow growth.
@Thoughtfulgrower, Ich hab auch die Trichome angeschaut, da sind die meisten schon sehr milchig und vereinzelt sind ein paar Bernsteinfarbende zu sehen.
