Bending branches after topping. Soil changed and larger pots. 300ml with 1/6 minimal cap mark of compo grow nutrients each 3 days. All plants were showing deficites. No more overwater signs. More solid branches.

Who are these bugs? How to get rid of them? Dont like sun, but humid. Neem oil watering stopped them moving, some still survived and they spread again

I cant tell from the picture but probably some kind of soil mite, I use Athena IPM and do soil drenches but that stuffs like 50 bucks, it smells amazing. If i dont have Athena IPM i use a mix of Hydrogen Peroxide and water, theres charts online on the portions i think its 3:1 but hydrogen peroxide is a good bug killer.

Its hard to focus on them as the pic is bury and does not show the subject in detail but they do not look like springtails from the shape they are displaying. They look a lot like they are teardrop shaped and that is similar to aphids and mites. Not say they are that but that's the common body structure they share. some soil mites are not invasive or a pest. Like Mrs.Larimar said Neem has its usage and I think its better topically vs as a soil drench. You could try using some BTi or Nematodes, they are opportunistic killers of some soil dwelling bugs, mostly Gnats and thrips but can also work on a few other pests and I have treated springtails before with them. It would be best to identify the pest first though. HD images of them and note any markings or colours. very basic, 6 legs insect/bug, 8 legs mite. different kill methods for taking care of that after identification. If you plants are looking healthy then its nothing to sweat. If they looking sickly its time to nuke em. Good Luck!

Hello norotobartoberto, These bugs are springtails and harmless for your plant. But if you decide to get rid of them then you can spray cider vinegar on the springtails. This type of vinegar is highly acidic and will quickly burn and kill springtails. Happy Growing! ๐Ÿ’š

Thank you all helpers with my Bug Rave. First of all i think they are not so bad, no signs the plants are not healthy. So the rave goes on, as long as they dont migrate into my bed. Thank you for the advices how to get rid of them if they start a riot. Many thanks for the whole lot of text and the background information to all helping growers @BerrySweetHigh, @m0use, @ThaCarter, @Mrs.Larimar Be the green thumb with you ๐Ÿ˜

The leaning back seems like a self-induced low stress treatment by your plant ๐Ÿคฉ Looking forward to see the result.

Insecticidal soap in spray bottle from garden department works wonders. I also dissolve neem oil in it. Should break these guys breeding cycle in no time.
