Hi There! Sorry I’ve been away from GD for a while. I have been peeking in from time to time. But been super busy with lots of life changes (all good)👍 I was a lucky winner of some free FB beans on Reddit. So I picked what will hopefully be one of my best outdoor grows. Running Northern Lights Auto, Wedding Cheesecake Auto and Wedding Cheesecake FF. I directly planted 1 Northern Lights Auto and 1 Weeding Cheesecake Auto directly in my outdoor garden bed on 4/20. Have each under 2 domes. I also started 2 Wedding Cheesecake FF in solo cups on 4/20. Both have already sprouted. I’ll be adding more pics soon. This is just to get started 👍👍

Filling in missing weeks. Sorry to have missed updating these few weeks, but hope you find this alternative grow info interesting. These are a pair of autos that were started outdoors in early May. Both Fast Buds, one Wedding Cheesecake and one Northern Lights. At the end of May is when I transplanted the Wedding Cheesecake FF outdoors and they took off quickly blocking a majority of the sunlight from these girls. I tried bending them over to get them as much sunlight as I could and they have done pretty well. Looking a couple of weeks away from harvest.

Filling in missing weeks. Sorry to have missed a few weeks updates, but hope you find these alternative grow information interesting. Here we have 3 autos, one Fast Buds Wedding Cheesecake and two Mephisto Genetics Alien vs Triangle. All of these were started indoors in solo cups at the same time. The Wedding Cheesecake and first of the AvT's were transplanted outdoors as soon as they started outgrowing the solo cups. The second AvT was transplanted to a 5 gallon bucket and kept indoors until it got too hot and humid inside a few weeks ago. Then I transplanted from the 5 gallon bucket to the corner of the raised bed outdoors. I find it interesting that the one allowed to veg indoors grew a much bushier structure and developed many more bud sites (AvT #2). However, the main cola on the one vegged outdoors is larger (AvT #1). Next summer I'm going to veg everything for at least 4-5 weeks indoors before moving outdoors! 😉👍

Hi there. Here’s a few photos and videos over the past few weeks. I transplanted the Wedding Cheesecake Fast Flowering ladies outdoors around May 24th. A little sooner than I had planned, but they were starting to get root bound in their starter containers. They have been exploding with growth since the transplant. The larger plant is already 4’ tall and the shorter one is 39”. Fast Buds website says up to 3 Meters (10 Feet) outdoors. At this pace they might exceed that!!!👍👍

F’ing awesome! Growing like weeds!👍🤣💪 Still lots of veg time left, days are still getting longer. Fast Buds website says up to 3 meters (10 feet). At this pace these ladies could possibly beat that! 🤞🙏

6’-4” & 5’-8” as of today, 6’-0” average height. These ladies are beautiful! Everyone who comes by the house just stops and stares when they get near my garden. So do I 👍🤣 I had to move some plants outdoors from my indoor grow due to losing the battle to high heat and humidity. Two are super close to harvest, one might get cut over the weekend. Feel free to comment and let me know what you would do. Thanks!

July 19, 2024. 7'-0" & 6'-6", average height 6'-9"!! The largest plants I've grown so far!!! Loving these ladies. Even though they are boxing out all of my autos. 😂 They have been steady at the same heights for past 3-4 days. They may have stretched out and are ready to start flowering. I'm still calling this a veg week, and will continue to do so until I see bud sites starting to develop. I did pull most of the fan leaves from the main nodal branch sites to open up some airflow. And I'm still adding Recharge weekly. But I didn't give any Cal Mag this week, she looks healthy AF!!! Question.... You may notice I have 2 empty buckets at the side of the bed. They used to have autos that I brought outside for the last week of flower. What would you plant in those buckets to help keep bugs/pests away?

Cilantro: Yes! Dill: Yes! Marigolds: Yes! Basil: yea its ok Yarrow: Yes! Calendula: Yea, Cucumbers, no... The point is to bring in predators to the garden that feed on the flowers of them plants and will in turn lay eggs or also eat the pests. Ladybugs for example like to much on pollen, so pollen heavy plants bring them in. Be aware some users are only answering questions linked to diaries for the contest GOTM, one of them is in the lead and refuses to help other growers if it does not get them a point. Think twice before picking a solution to your grow question. growdiaries.com/giveaways/Grower-of-the-Month-July-2024 Good Luck!

July 26, 2024. Vertical growth has definitely slowed down. They are 7'-1" and 6'-11" (average of 7'-0"). And I am starting to see what looks like it could be early bud site development. But, until I start really seeing bud sites being developed I'm going to mark it as a Veg week on the diary. We had a couple of storms roll through in the past week. No damage at all to these strong ladies and I got a break from watering for a few days 👍😂 Still feeding Recharge once weekly, and I did add Cal Mag again this week. Otherwise, its all them, I'm pretty much hands off. Grow ladies, grow!!!👍💪

August 2, 2024. Still growing and still veg or pre-flower. I believe these ladies will start flowering and developing bud sites over the next several days. Hoping to start seeing small cotton ball buds soon. Some areas are getting eaten by inch worms and/or caterpillars, but overall the plants look healthy AF!! If anyone has suggestions for dealing with these fuckers while going into flower I'll appreciate the input🙏 Still supplementing Recharge and Cal-Mag once per week. Going to give them a LST bend back at a 45 degree angle next week. Stay tuned...👊

Dealing with inchworm/caterpillar damage on a few areas. Looking for input on what others have done in the past to successfully combat inchworms & caterpillars. I'm really hoping for real world experiences and results (I have already read everything I can find via Google). 🙏
