I put little bit too much wet soil on top of the Fat Banana seed and it struggle little bit.
After connecting HPS lamp Fat Banana is ready to jump into the sun. She can bend due to touch/water or idk and then after 2 hours she's back to "straight position".

@emanresU, funny I also have the same problems (temp and humidity). my lights turn off at noon and then turn on in the afternoon, so that the lamp is off when the sun and temp are the highest. Still did reach 28°C at one point.
Same for my 40-50% humidity. Here I just gave up besides having the plants covered with an improvised water bottle Humidity dome half of the day. Waterbucket with a wet towel did help a bit, but I did remove it - scared of mold and such things.
