I never liked any harm, especially in such young stage. There is way more good techniques how to manipulate with plant, than just castrating it.

Are these fox tails?
Day 57. Started appearing apx day 48 after ac broke & temps were at 91 or so for a few days. They are taking Over quickly, my buds were beautiful. Should I harvest now, cut them off, or what?

Yes, it's the beginning of foxtailing.
They won't be as pretty as before, but it's not a huge problem.
Just keep an eye on the inside of the bud as you now have old and new flower on 1 plant and you'll need to harvest when the new stuff is as close to ready as possible, but before the older flower starts to die.
It‘s Not really fox tailing, it happend when light intensity is to high, those caused by to much stress & quick changes in enviroment conditions… your buds may result fluffy & Not so dens, but no just grow them to the end & you will be fine, just Not so optimal bud development
