The 1L pot is placed inside another 1L pot in the soil...this is done so I can remove the seedling if need be an also to minimize the chance of overwatering.
When I am ready to transplant the whole will match the pot perfectly.
I am growing as organically as possible using top dressings...while the seedling gets bigger in the 1L pot I am prepping the soil in the 30L by doing the top dressings and getting the cover crop ready.
