Ztric 23.04.24: Planted the seed at 5:30pm. I planted the seed in normal dirt. I did all this in the final pot to not have to replant.
24.04.24-27.04.24: Nothing happened for a cupple days. I try keeping the dirt wet by spraying it when it feels dry. I am worried that my dort is too rich in nutrients and could burn my seedling because I discovered that the dirt is pre-fertilized already.
27.04.24: I also set up an LED at 40cm distance and a small fan. In the evening the first branch is showing up. I tried watering the seedling for the first time with a watering can.
28.04.24: The surface of the pot seems dry but a few cm deeper the dirt is still wet so I wont water today. In the evening I decided to cover the seedling with half of a waterbottle to increase humidity which right now is constantly at 50-60%. The plant looks very healthy.
29.04.24: The whole seedling seems to elongate quite a lot so I lowered the LED to about 10cm. In the evening and since the seedling keep growing higher I improvised another LED lamp with some LED Strips I had laying around and a cuppord that I added to the setup. I hope this will stop the eliotation (don't even know if that's the right word) and increase the power of my lamp. I'm thinking of constantly changing the pots with two other plants I have under the bought LED and the improvised one since the inprovised one seems a bit darker but I'm not sure if that stresses the plant too much. I also added a bigger turning fan.
30.04.24: The dirt felt very dry so I watered again. This time with less water since some water came ran through the pot last time. I also filled the pot a little more with dirt to support the elongated seedling. Despite that everything looks healthy.

Ztric 01.05.: Watered with ~60ml. Temperature way too high with 32°C and Humidity too low with 45%. Height: 4cm.
02.05.: Watered again with ~60ml. Since the temperature is still very high I opened the window in the morning. In the afternoon the temperature dropped from 32°C to 22°C and the humidity increased from 45% to 55%. I hope this drastic change in temperature doesn't stress the plant. Height: 4.5cm.
03.05.: I raised the LED to about 7cm above the plant. Temperature 24°C, humidity: 58%, height 4.5cm.
04.05.: The stem starts to look a little purple. I'll keep an eye on that. The whole seedling is tilted a lot too so I stabilized her with too toothpicks to get her to stand up better. I also installed a more powerful LED ~35cm above the plant. Temperature 25°C, humidity: 50%, height 5.5cm.
05.05.: I removed the toothpicks since the plant was standing upright on it's own. Temperature 27°C, humidity: 50%, height: 6cm.
06.05.: Stem might be a little too long. At least it's shaking a lot in the air circulating. I'm thinking of supporting it again but so far all seems ok. Temperature: 25°C, humidity: 50%, height 6cm.
07.05.: Leaves are hanging a little bit down and the tips are starting to curl upwards. I assume it's because she's dehydrated which would make sense since I haven't watered in few days. Gave her ~100ml of water. Temperature: 25°C, humidity: 63%, height 6cm.
Overall my Fat Banana seems like the most developed of my three plants. Even though I hope the stem is not too weak since it's shaking a lot in the breeze. So far everything looks fine and healthy though I hope the bend and curled leaves are really a sign of dehydration and not a problem with the roots. I'm thinking about introducing them to organic fertilizer in the next cupple days.

Ztric 08.05.2024: The dirt feels very dense. The signs of dehydration might be signs of suffocating roots instead. I hope this gets better over the next cupple days. Temperature: 25°C, humidity: 62%, height: 6.5cm.
09.05.-11.05.2024: Had to leave for a cupple of days my roommate watered the plants on 11.05.
12.05.2024: Newly formed leaves are bend upwards which I think is normal. The tips of the bottom leaves are starting to become yellow though. I think this might be because of a malnutrition. I'll start to water with light fertilizer tomorrow to get them used to it. Temperature: 32°C, humidity: 37%, height 9cm.
13.05.2024: Gave fertilizer (compo organic grow mix) for the first time in a concentration of 1/150. Watered 100ml before and gave 100ml of the solution 10min afterwards. Temperature: 25°C, humidity: 55%, height: 8.5cm.
14.05.2024: Bottom leaves are still yellow and the leave tips are starting to become yellow too. I hope this is not an infection. All my three plants show this so isolating one plant is not nesessary in my oppinion. Temperature: 28°C, humidity: 55%, height: 9cm.
The plant made huge jump in week three first nodes start to form and everything looks good. Only the yellow leaves are worrying me if this is an infection I hope that it doesn't influence the growth of the plant too bad. I'm also batling high temperatures and low humidity.

Ztric She grew quite a lot this week. Mostly in height though which I find quite confusing since both my other plants are growing wide rather than tall. But I guess that differs from plant to plant. However the yellow leaves (look in the last picture) worry me. All three of my plants have those. I had some fungus gnats the last cupple days so I bought yellowstickers and nematodes against them. I hope they didn't harm my plants too bad.
Overall I was very surprised that she smells this early.

Ztric I used LST for the first time this week and it works better than I expected. Even though shes quite thin and not really growing any other stems except the mainstem. I water every two about with about 200-300ml. Overall though she seems very healthy.
