Gisbert The lady is doing well and has moved into soil. Grow Organic by Compo, variety Light Mix. In addition to the light from a south-facing window, she received light from a 7W plant lamp at the beginning. Towards the end of the week, a larger 50W LED lamp arrived.

Gisbert The lady moved into the greenhouse at the beginning of May with plenty of sunshine. The 50W LED grow light came along to provide 18 hours of light a day. Additionally, a small fan is running. Towards the end of the week, I installed a hygrometer/thermometer combo from Switchbot.

Gisbert This week, I won't be around for my ladies from Thursday morning until Sunday evening. Let's see how they develop during that time; there's definitely a lot of sunshine forecasted. They've received a touch of fertilizer, Compo Organic Grow Phase I. Additionally, I've set up a 10 L fermentation container with mead (honey wine) and placed it in the greenhouse.

Gisbert Until yesterday, we had fantastic weather with lots of sunshine. In the coming days, the ladies will mainly have to rely on supplemental lighting. I had to rearrange the plants because a neighbor bumped into my plant against the roof of the greenhouse. Soon, the ladies will probably need to lower a shelf and I might send one or two to bloom in the grow cabinet. On day 32, I removed the lowest shoots of the plant. Due to its compact shape, I was worried that not enough light was reaching them. In the evening, I gave them a portion of organic fertilizer for the growth phase from Compo. Starting on day 34, I will put one of our Purple Buds in the dark from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM to initiate flowering. The other one will stay full-time in the greenhouse. In the next growth week, I should receive a new LED to bring it indoors for flowering. To keep my plants better organized, I gave them names. On day 35, Sybil is 44 cm tall and gets 12 hours of light, while Ludovica is 46 cm tall and gets 18 hours of light.

Gisbert This week, the sisters are going their separate ways again; one will continue to be lit with 18-6, while the other can only spend 12 hours in sunlight. On day 37, one sister received 250ml of Compo Grow Organic Growth, while the other got Compo Grow Organic Bloom. On day 39, here's a video of the greenhouse from me and my wife; you can see three different genetics from Sensi Seeds, with our Purple Buds on the far left. On day 40, both received fertilizer again, this time a whole liter.

Gisbert At the beginning of the new week, I took a short break from the rain to have a little photo session with our ladies on the terrace. The plant under 18-6 lighting is 66cm tall, while the one that only gets 12 hours of daylight is a bit behind at 59cm. So, there's no sign of stretching yet, and I can't find any signs of flowering either. Unfortunately, the weather continues to be poor, with few hours of sunshine, snails everywhere, and the humidity in the greenhouse is too high... On day 47, I noticed that the lady under 12-12 lighting seems to be transitioning into flowering😍

Gisbert Week 8 has begun and the lady that gets 12 hours of light has entered the flowering stage. Strangely enough, I have the impression that the girl on the 18-6 schedule is also going into flowering. I will keep an eye on that. The night temperatures have dropped to as low as 9°C, but I can hardly find any snails anymore. On day 51, my ladies had some free time again since I made some adjustments to my greenhouse.

Gisbert Since I'm leaving one of my PBs to its natural cycle, which means it won't be ready until at least October, and since it has completely filled the pot with its roots, it had to move to a bigger pot and now has 25L of space. My 12-12 lady is heavy in bloom and developing a great fruity aroma. Also, a ladybug has recently taken up residence in the plant and is keeping it free from pests😍 On day 58, I decided to top my 18-6 plant and will repeat this multiple times because I'm worried that otherwise, when the plant goes into stretch, I won't be able to manage the height in my greenhouse😊

Gisbert My lady in the sun has broken the one-meter mark despite topping and is now 1.04m tall, while the other one in 12-12 mode is only 76cm tall, but is forming wonderful flowers. The weather remains changeable to bad! The weather is improving, but unfortunately, I have a massive infestation of fungus gnats, nematodes are on order. In my Purple Bud in flowering, I've also discovered mites, so predatory mites are on the way. 😢 Summer is back, and that makes me and the little plants happy. I've set my supplemental lighting to be on from sunrise to sunset. The lady with the natural light cycle is now getting less light day by day. I'm curious to see when she will start her journey into flowering.

Gisbert The ladies continue to develop beautifully, although there's no more height growth, but Lady 1 is getting really bushy after the topping. Lady 2 is developing beautiful buds! According to the manufacturer, the 2nd lady should be ready in about 5 weeks. Purple Bud has been a great joy for me so far, nice growth and a great terpene profile. Just missing the namesake purple 😁

Gisbert Unfortunately, the weather isn't cooperating again. Let's see when it gets better. One plant still shows no signs of going into flowering. By the end of the week, the weather should be better. Since I'm going on vacation at the end of the week, I've banished my lady to natural light rhythm outside of the greenhouse and sent my lady completely indoors with the artificial 12-12 rhythm. I'm curious to see how both of them develop in the next 2 1/2 weeks.

Gisbert I'm going on vacation soon, which means the ladies will have to manage without me for 2 weeks. Maybe there will be one or two pictures on Sunday morning, and then when I'm back from Spain. I'm very happy with the maturation and will decide after the vacation whether to harvest Banana Frosting or Purple Bud first. Right now, I'm leaning towards Banana Frosting... The lady with the natural light cycle has been banished from the greenhouse to the rooftop garden. I've installed Blumat for watering her and hope it rains occasionally while I'm away so my rain barrel gets filled up again.

@RasendeRollo92, Thanks, since everything is going so smoothly so far, I’ll probably keep going seamlessly. I already have a seed or two here waiting to be planted.

@CannaseurOG, Thank you very much, I'm actually surprised at how well my first attempt is going, we've had a lot of luck with the sun here in the Lower Rhine. Combined with a small greenhouse and some additional lighting, it seems the ladies are enjoying it😊
