Gave each of them 2,5 liters of water with some nematodes and molasses to prevent from insects. Will water every 5-7 days until flower.
Light deficiency/stress on BBM#1 seems to cure very good.
All 3 got topped which stopped growth for almost 3-4 days but they seem to continue growing now.
Still unsure how long I want to veg them. Wanna go for 7 weeks of VEG as they are still pretty small.
Went on vacation and had a shortage which resulted in the light being off for 2 days . Then flipped 5 days veg cycle on before flipping finally to 12/12.
Plants looking healthy imo and start to produce first hairs.
Watered straight water . 1l per 3 days. Gonna up the water soon as they seem to get thirstier.
The tops are now getting close to 900 PPFD.
The two BBMs in the back seem to be some days ahead.they drink a lot more now , watering 2l per 3 days.
Might have flipped to flower to soon seeing the middle branches being quite young.
Added some 2-10-2 guano for flower. 2 teaspoons per plant. Watered thoroughly after.
Week 3 of flower brings the first real deficiencies to the plants. I still water around 1,5l ever 3-4 days.
Ordered some Advanced Nutrition Basic fertilizer to hopefully give them some much needed food.
Number 2 has already grown the biggest buds and has a lush green canopy. Healthiest plant of them all.
Number 1 seems to be really hungry as all leafs begin to yellow. Is this an early fade or just depleted soil? She will be my testrun for the AN Fertilizer.
Number 3 is the slowest of them all , but also begins to get a lighter green canopy.
Update 4 days later:
Didn’t water for 7 days now and they seem to have some left in these pots. So definitely overwatered them the last 3-4 weeks. Will dial it back and continue with 1,5-2 liters per 7 days.
Measured pH of my 24 hour standing water and it came out as 8 . Will use Citric acid to lower it to around 6,0 before watering.
Made some drastic changes for week 10
Watering less seems to work out well, but BBM1 hasn’t bounced back yet. Got my PH Meter to check on the water and decreased the light to 750-800 PPFD.
There are first signs of yellowing lower fanleafes on BBM2 & 3 as well. This probably resulted by watering for 2 weeks with PH 8,0 which caused nutrient lockout.
First watering I used citric acid to lower the ph, but just 24 hours later the ph rose again. Switched to a sulfuric acid for a hopefully more stable ph.
Also added a quarter dose of AN fertilizer to make sure there is plenty of nutrients available for recovery.
BBM#2 swells up nicely and seems to be healthy aside from one yellowing lower fanleaf.
Smells start to increase. Now very pungent blueberry terp on BBM 2 & 3 .
BBM1 still smells like passionfruit.
The Plants are doing great this week.
BBM1 started to swell noticable over the past days, so I guess she is recovering.
BBM2 and 3 are stacking budmass fast.
Slowly increased nutrients to full dose now.
Watering with 5.8-6.0 ph and an 2000 EC around 0,7-1l per 3 days with no drain at all.
PPFD lightly increased to 850-900 @ tops.
Plants are not really changing a lot.
I hope they get denser in the upcoming 1-2 weeks.
Smell is very sweet with all 3 phenos having a sweet fruity scent. Very pleasant.
They received 1,2-1,5l water every 2-3 days , phd to 6,2 with 2400 EC and they seem to like it.
Decreased light to 700-750 PPFD.
Got some closeup shots.
How long do y’all think the plants need for a proper harvest ?
Week 7 of flower and it seems to get close to my first harvest.
The plants are in great shape. Trichomes look good. Maybe could wait a week, but will go for the early chop to see how it affects the end product.
They will only receive tap water once and then be dried for 7 days before the day of harvest
Buds smell very sweet and are very potent. Energizing high.
Bud Structure larfy which was probably due to my mistakes during the first weeks flower.
overall happy with the yield and quality for the first run
Chopped on day 46 of flower.
Removed them from the trellis and hung them upside down in the tent.
tasted a few samples after 8 days of drying and weed is definitely stronger than I expected.
Bud structure is very larfy, but this probably was due to my mistakes in early flower and the early chop.
Still happy with the yield. Will update the dry weight once everything hung for 14 days.
I don't believe your soil is depleted. Roots cant absorb the nutrients that are there when moisture levels aren't correct/ theres not enough dry out. The small root hairs begin to rot when the average moisture is too high. You might have to slightly adjust your watering amount to less, or adjust the time between waterings.. Thats my 2 cents based off what I see
