LongLiveLance Germany has legalized it. Let the fun begin. Ordered from Dutch Passion and got the Auto OB as a free seed. So I started right away.
I germinated it in a glass with distilled water. Covered with aluminum foil, it stayed in a warm place for 48 hours.
Once the seed germinated, it went into the jibbi for time reasons? I can't quite remember the name. The next day, when it had sprouted, it went into the final pot. 11 liters of soil to be exact. Since the temperature here is still below 20 degrees, it's currently under a basic LED grow light. So far, so good.

LongLiveLance Conditions are definitely not optimal. Unfortunately, there’s still no grow box available. The weather in Germany is still making us wait for summer. Carefully sprayed 200 ml with the spray bottle. You can see the results after a week in the pictures.

LongLiveLance She is now 14 days old. This week, some more soil will be added to compensate for initial stretching. Compo Grow Organic Light Mix / and All Mix were used for the bottom layer.

LongLiveLance The growth is slowly getting faster. In the meantime, a light lemony scent can be detected. I'm thinking about nutrients, but since this is my first grow, I'm lacking experience. I don't see any deficiency symptoms, and after researching, I've often come across the opinion that autos are very sensitive to nutrients and that less is more. I'm considering giving her a small amount after the 4th week.
Other than that, there's not much to say. I haven't tried LST yet either. Maybe I'll skip it completely on my first grow and just gather experiences for now.
The excitement is huge, and it brings me joy to see her growing. Every day after work, I rush home to see how she's doing. 😅🌱
Proud new Daddy 😉🤙🏽
For nutrients, I have Compo Organic Vegie available, and later Bloom. If any of you have experiences with these products and whether and when autos need nutrients, and how to recognize it, feel free to let me know. 😊

LongLiveLance Last week I was happy that there were no signs of deficiencies, but unfortunately, on day 27, I noticed that the lower leaf pairs had started to wilt at the tips. I still haven't really figured out why by day 33. The little one was in the sun all day on days 26 & 27, which is why it got a lot of water. Maybe too much, and it lacked oxygen uptake. Another theory is that due to being in the sun all day, it was missing nutrients. Up until that day, I hadn't fertilized the substrate. It might have been wise to start after the 3rd week.
In the meantime, it has received fertilizer twice, spaced 3 days apart. It took it very well, and no further deficiency symptoms have appeared or worsened.
I got away with a scare for now. Due to the stress, it paused growth for about 1 to 2 days, after which there was visible progress the following day.

LongLiveLance This week I was on vacation, so I had to let someone else take care of it. Watered 2x, otherwise it was left alone. It has continued to grow and is now just about to flower.

LongLiveLance It's time, the flowering has begun. 🍀
I've used 4 plant stakes to open up the canopy to allow more light to reach the lower buds. I know, some might think just defoliating. You probably have a point.
In the following grows, I will also try to apply LST and other techniques bit by bit. No doubt, this will definitely increase the yield.
But I also think it's quite interesting as a reference to find out where you actually end up when you just let the plant do its thing.
In the meantime, the tent has also arrived. It's now a 60x60x180 spiderfarmer.
Over the summer, it will be used for drying the buds, and in early autumn, the garden will be moved into the tent, and with proper lighting, the fun will really begin. Unfortunately, our summer is still taking its time, and this will definitely affect the yield of the Orange Bud.
Yesterday, the first seed of Auto Euforia went into the soil, and I hope it can benefit more from the sun. A report will follow as soon as it sees daylight. Until then, happy growing folks! 🤙🏼
