Season 2024 started, one seed didn't sink and sidn't root yet, I planted it in the smallest pot. I use soil from Canna Pro.
Let;s rock!😎
And after 3 days, it popped up
Very glad that the seed that didn't sink and rooted, still came up after a few days! The rain started this week and it made clear that we have a snail plaque this year! I removed 10 so far trying to eat my babies!
At night I put a glass bowl over them because it would be impossible to survive the fuckers!
Another week full of rain, though I don't mind that to much in veg stage! I got one in my backyard and one in my sisters garden. The one at my sisters is holding back in grow, this is the seed that didn't germinate in a glass of water and paper towls. It unexpected came up a few days later then the rest. adios amigos😎
2 BPP's into week 4, the one in my garden is going all according to plan, the one in my sisters garden keeps behind in grow. Water by natural rainfall each day!😎
Well, they say that the world is warming up, but that's probably not the case in the Netherlands..... It's supposed to be summer but the daily temp is around 14 degrees celsius and it's raining each day for about 2 months now.... In spite of that, my BPP reached a lenght of 40 cm which is almost similair to the auto's from former journals. So, not only my plants, but I'm dying to get some sun too!
That's not all because the snails keep attacking my plants too, when I see them, I'll have to give them some flying lessons, they are a real plaque this year.
I'll expect not the same early flowering stage like the tropicana cookies from last year. We'll see!
Keep ya posted!👊😎
Another great grow spurt this week on the bpp in my garden, it grew 23 cm in one week, despite cloudy and rainy weather! The one at my sisters garden isn't doing great, there's something wrong with it from the start! The seed of this one didn't germinate in a glass of water and in a towel, but suddenly came up a few days after the other ones were already growing. Because I didn't had enough Canna pro soil, this one is in a different cheap kind of soil. I'll expect nothing from it but I'm curious what it's gonna turn into! The BPP in my garden is the best performer of all plants (3 guavas and 2 bbp) this year. I removed the lowest branches to save energy. Forecast for next week is quit okay, just in time before fowering stage starts.😎
Yeah, just entered flowering stage! It gained 30 cm in one week and has flowering on every end of the branches. I cut down the lowest branches to save energy to "what really matters", big purple cola's sweating thc!
And we had our first week of sun so everything seems to be right on time! I don't give water to much because I want a lot of air in the soil at flowering stage. All is going natural, no nutrients added!😎😉
95 cm's in height, is probably a personal record in the 12 years I'm growing now! It looks slim, not to many leafes, but very healthy! All natural grow, no nutrients added, just Canna Pro soil and rain water. Buds are expanding each day. This is the first year I did cut of the lowest branches to save energy and that also might haved helped in the height it reached now. Let's hope for some sun in the coming month😎
This is a diary of hope, because it's been raining for 8 months now and next month is the last month of summer......😔
If it doesn't change quickly.....I fear for the worst case scenario...
Week 10 started today, I fed them some Plagron Bloom last week! Next couple of days the weather forecast is okay with tropical heath ahead! Sunday the fucking monsoon will be back so I'm very anxious about mold and rotting! There sweating thc though but I'll hope the buds will develop some more, they look rather small. The smell is increasing😎
Yesterday, week 11 started! Compared to former years I'll expect much less yield. The buds aren't as big as usual which all can be blamed on this horrible "summer" with more rain then a rainforest can produce....!
The sun didn't show it self, clouds and rain every day is what we got. Too bad but we'll see if we can make something out of it, considering the weather forecast, I'll expect to harvest on thuesday or wednesday.
Keep ya posted!
adios amigos😎
Hi guys, the time is near! I'll expect to harvest in a couple of days! I flushed them 2 times last week en let them dry out for now.... At last summer seems to have arrived, the forecast predicts a couple of tropical days ahead!👍 Considering this and the way the look, I'll expect to harvast on saturday or sunday (today is thursday)!
It's a pitty that de BPP in my garden keeps on being stalked by insects, lice, caterpillars, snails, they all want their piece!!!!😣
I have a Guava auto standing next to this one, and funny enough this isn't infested at all😳, the insects don;t seem to like guava.....!
Keep ya posted😎
45 grams total, low yield as expected! But it's quality is amazing, smells nice, taste and smokes smootly and had a high you could discribe as a hitman, it slowly creeps up on you, then it catches you with a nice long lasting body high and totally relaxed mind. Mixed some kif from the sugarleafes with some kif from my guavas and made some hash by ironing it in baking paper.
Great strain, but for outdoor growers, bugs and insects like it too!!!
Harvest 2024 Low Yield, bad summer!
Started this season with 2 plants and all went according to plan, growing it easy in spite of rainy cloudy weather almost each day! And there was a snail invasion this season, attacking the plants. One BPP grew up at my sisters garden where there's usualy more hours of sunlight compared to my garden. In both gardens I also grew Guava auto. I gotta say the BPP was more vulnerable to lice and other insects. After they didn't develop any more flowers in week 10/11 I decided to harvest them in the beginning of this week. Both plants have very low yield. I also saved the sugarleafes kif making later. The plant at my garden however, look good, was healthy, small but goodlooking buds drenched in thc, sticky like as glue. Much bigger yield but probably not the usual amount in grams...
I didn't weigh wet, but I already'smoked the hash from my scissor after cutting and it tasted and felt great!!!😎
