As stated in the title, this is my first attempt at growing something myself. I choose the iGrowcan since I just wanted to get started quickly without the need to figure out what to buy. As for special equipment, right now I don't have anything special, I'll try my best to put it on my balcony if the temperatures allow it. Otherwise it'll stay inside on my windowsill. On May 2nd, I setup everything according the instructions. 2 days later on May 4th the plant was first visible. On May 6th it was completly broke free and showed its first leaves. Unfortunatly I didn't take any pictures yet, so everything will be visible from week 1 of vegetation.
