Don't know exactly what the cause is, but the leafs are deformed. There are no pests and it doesn't seem to be wind burn, although we had fresh winds the last few days... Weather was cloudy and 23 degrees max.
The leafs don't seem to be damaged, they just grew the way they did.
She also lags behind my other grow a bit...
Besides that, she looks quite healthy. Maybe the fresh leafes will be good again.
Does anybody have some experience with this kind of deformations?
Leafs are deformed. Can almost exlude the common causes. Also no pests visible. Leafs dont seem to be damaged. Had cold winds the last few days and cloudy 23 degrees max. Could this be due to cold weather? Will this affect the grow as a whole? The coming leafs seem fine again.
Mehhh week so far. It was dark, cold, rainy and windy, so I had her inside most of the week and helped her out a bit with a plant light. It's not the sun but it's something...
She pretty much recovered from the malformed leafs and the new leafs are looking fine.
Also I noticed a little smell when I move her around. Lovely.
Wow she really went off this week.
Gaining height and leaf mass. Her stem really got pretty thick, because there where ongoing rough winds.
I noticed small signs of spider mites... Will look into counter measures.
She does great!
I increased the fertilizer and nutrient levels.
Also I released predatory notes to counter spider mites. Worked perfectly. No more spider mites within two days.
Also gained height and looking good over all.
Started to bloom.
She displays good growth and a decent beginning of flowering.
BUT there was an emergency incident this week. As I sat before my plant to look for pests or other signs of disease, I noticed she had a few lice and one patch of eggs. I immediately went into full genocide mode and killed them off by hand while also removing the few leafs that had lice or eggs on them. I was hopeful that I got everything but the next day I still found some, so I repeated the process until there was no sign of life anywhere to be found.
I am not sure if that is sufficient, but I have no choice since I am away the next 2 days. Neighbours will water the plants in my absence... I will re-evaluate as I return. Thoughts and prayers now to my little dwarf :D
Besides that, everything is fine.
Pretty mixed week again with a few sunny days. Seems to be the main theme of this summer :D
Nevertheless, she is driving out a pretty solid main bud.
The smell is really really weak. But I suspect that it will become noticeable soon.
