Lelzenberger First, I soaked the seeds in water for 24 hours. After 24 hours I planted the seeds in seedling pots (Easy Start) from RQS. Then I planted the seeds together with the seedling pots in 4-liter fabric pots. I covered the planting areas with plastic cups to create a small greenhouse. Within the next four days, all the seeds have germinated. I had to remove the seed coat (watermelon) with tweezers. I used pre-fertilized potting soil. Room conditions: Temperature: 22° C Air humidity: 40 - 50 %

Lelzenberger The first cannabis leaves are here. The plants are mainly indoors at the moment. As the weather has been rainy and cold for the last few weeks. On warm and sunny days, they come outside during the day. I always bring them inside in the evening as the nights are still too cold. The plants are usually provided with 24 hours of light. Sometimes I let them rest at night for 6 hours without light (approx. every 4 days). I lift the pots every day and check the weight. If the pot is light, I water about 0.5 l of tap water per plant. I don't check the PH value, but where I live we have a PH value of approx. 7. The soil and organic fertilization should lower the PH value.

Lelzenberger The plants were outside for the first time. Unfortunately, it was a bit windy outside and the watermelon was bent over. So I tied a toothpick to it to support it. I did this with all three plants as a precautionary measure. I topped the Purple Queen because the leaves on top were probably diseased.

Lelzenberger I had to do a defoliation. I also repotted the plants. The new pots only have 1 l more volume, but I put some compost in them so that there are enough nutrients for the flowering phase.

Lelzenberger I had to do another defoliation. I also put wood chips on top of the soil to protect the soil from drying out when the plants are outside in the sun.

Lelzenberger The flowering phase has begun. I have carried out another defoliation or lollipopping. I noticed that the Purple Queen has started to tremble. I carefully removed the four pollen sacs and put the plant outside in isolation. I also bought a new lamp for the flowering phase.

Lelzenberger Towards the end of the second week of flowering, the Purple Queen was allowed to rejoin the group. However, under strict observation for renewed pollen sacks. But so far no new ones have appeared. It is now a little behind the other two plants, as the weather outside was not so warm and rather wet. Heights: Watermelon: 55 cm Hulkberry: 45 cm Purple Queen: 35 cm

Hey, good luck! 🙏 If you have any questions, feel free to PM me! 😊 I'm also doing my first homegrow, I'm still pretty new, but I've supported a farm or two and know my way around quite well. Plus, I'm happy to help! 👌
