Looks like too much direct sun and heat. When you bring the ladies under LEDs and then put them directly in the sun, it's too much of a good thing for the little ones. For one, the amount of light is too much for them, and then there are also the different types of intense UV radiation. You can only put them in the sun for a moment or in partial shade at first. It's a bit of work for the first few days. I've had pretty good experiences with a small mini greenhouse where the ladies move in after they've germinated. For 2-3 weeks, and then under direct sun, and they thrive wonderfully. The greenhouse film filters some of the UV radiation. The little seedlings can then handle the sun a bit better.
