Sweet Nurse 1/3 First Grow

I added some water and nutrients, when adding water i follow the rule that less is more for auto flowers it’s said that 1/3 of the pot size should be fine, i go with 1 ltr per week because the soil still feels moist. The plant doesn’t look that good could it be that it has low potassium ? I hanged the lamp higher now and let’s see
