Hey man, thanks for the response. I can’t answer you there so I’m doing it here. Yeah I’m not even pushing 400 par yet and my light is about 15-18 inches away. Temps and humidity are 24-25 C and humidity is about 60%. I’m not concerned about how much light I’m pushing. My question was more about when to switch from my dedicated blue spectrum light that simulates the spring time, to switching to my red spectrum light that does summer time.

@MindFlowers68, oh yeah for sure during flowering red spec for sure. I think I’ll make the switch to red when she shows some calyxes and pistils. The tent I’m currently running isn’t big enough to accommodate both lights. Plus I don’t think I want to run both lights in tandem. But yeah the blue spec is definitely good for early to mid veg. It keeps the plant a bit smaller and bushier. Once the light goes to red then she’ll start stretching. I’m currently pushing about 380 PAR/PPFD at her right now. Slowly going to increase intensity in the next few days. And gradually build up to 600. Thanks for the input. I appreciate the conversation.

@Papa_T, Also every light is going to have different settings and spectrums so best to consult your owner's manual. only reason I mentioned the intensity because I wasn't sure if adding both secturms(white) would make the intensity any more powerful or just change the spectrum.

@Papa_T, Your welcome. I'm not positive but I think the blue light is more for the seedling stage. and your plants are sizeable enough I think they should get the red spectrum now. If there is an option to have both I would go with that during the veg as to get the best of both worlds. but during flowering, I would be on the red spectrum. Seedling(1-2 weeks)=blue, Veg=Red or both, Flower=Red.
