Buds still forming well. Plant is very low from topping and LST. I know it's a bit cramped in the tent. Still just figuring things out. QUESTION for another Candida I harvested today. Look at the pics and let me know if you think those are seeds. I was trying to sex this plant from a Pineapple Haze plant. Thanks. Also, if they are seeds, do I need to dry them out, or peel off the skin and store them.

At the moment, all the branches are covered with them, so I'm wondering if this is how that particular strain starts flower. Other online pics don't show this at all, so I'm curious. Kale - I'll try squeezing tomorrow, and let you know. Justright - I'm fine with seeds, as I want to harvest seeds generally from all the strains eventually. I don't know how it could be seeds, since I've never had pollen anywhere. Maybe pollen sacs.

That’s a male plant and those are pollen sacs. Be wise to remove it from your tent in case they open and your females get ruined. Don’t squeeze em in that space. Pollen gets airborne easy.

@Felixcommi, if any females got sexed, would the resulting seeds be a hybrid of candida and pineapple haze?

Yeah they would. You would likely be one of the first to mix those two. Could be interesting.

I would say yes they are seeds. Sorry for the bad news

I just found you had a second grow here. These girls are looking better. I am not trying to tell you how to grow. Looking at your plants. I would have put them in there final pot after week one., you would have some pretty good sized plants now. They were more than ready at that point. Once you transplanted, they had room to grow again. I am here every couple days. Feel free to give me a yell any time. if I can't help you with some thing. I know a lot of friends that could 😀 I think I will start a new diary for some of my other plants I have going. Now that I can post in here again lol You are doing good. Once I get my GS plant up. I will tag you. I fought with it for over a month before I got it to go. It was terrible looking for a while. To much experimentation on my part.

I could be wrong but those look like pollen sacs to me. Usually, the buds are a bit bigger before seeds start forming. I would definitely remove the plant from the tent to avoid ruining your other plants by pollinating them. One thing you can do to test if it's a pollen sack or seed is to squeeze one of them between your fingers, if its a seed it should feel a little hard, if its a pollen sack it should flatten and break apart really easily.

i don't think they sexed, even though it was covered with pollen. too bad.
