Second Candida Grow Diary

GreenChick Candida E - This is a clone of a mature Candida plant I have growing. It's gonna get really bad, then bounce back

GreenChick Fed twice - 25% strength, and 30% strength. Dark veins

GreenChick Getting worse. Tested runoff - ppm 400. Dont know if that's too much. Flushed twice. Fed at 40%. Started a foliar spray with epson salt, thinking this is a Mag deficiency.

GreenChick Can't figure this out. Feeding epson salt mix - 1/4 Tsp /gal. Also give a foliar spray with some nutes, and 5 drops of superthrive. End of week - flush again, test runoff - ppm - 140. feed nutes at 70%.

GreenChick Started recovering maybe? Add Mykos/Azos to top of soil. Feed nutes at 60%. Getting better

GreenChick Much better. needed to transplant to 3gal fabric pots. Add Azos/Mykos to bottom of root ball , then top off with soil mix. Keep up with foliar spray.

GreenChick Not pictured - topped a second time. Doing great. Don't know which thing I did was the thing that helped my girl.

GreenChick recent topping went great. two strong upper branches, that will get topped soon. trying to keep her low and wide. fed her full strength beginning of the week.

GreenChick this week, give a heavy fimming, defoliation and LST. Took 2 days and a good feeding for her to turn all her branches up again toward the lights. that never gets old to me.

GreenChick After some more research, I've decided to keep feeding VEG nutes for the first two weeks of flower, to promote a good stretch. After a rocky start, this girl is doing great.

GreenChick Still doing good. Quick question, the second 2 pics are of a pineapple haze I've had as a mother for awhile. Are those seeds that are forming, or the beginning of some flowers? I've never had males, nor pollen at anytime.

GreenChick Put into flower last week. Doing good. Yes I know that it's not getting enough light because of adjacent plants, but I consider the two middle plants in each flower tent to be bonus plants. There's a chance it got sexed, but I don't know what it would exactly look like if it was. If you know of any good photos of a newly sexed plant, please consider leaving a link so I can take a look.

GreenChick Buds still forming well. Plant is very low from topping and LST. I know it's a bit cramped in the tent. Still just figuring things out. QUESTION for another Candida I harvested today. Look at the pics and let me know if you think those are seeds. I was trying to sex this plant from a Pineapple Haze plant. Thanks. Also, if they are seeds, do I need to dry them out, or peel off the skin and store them.

GreenChick Very low canopy because of the topping/LST. But looking decent. Definitely sexed from my Pineapple Haze, like another plant I just harvested. Pulled about 500 seeds to store - Candida/Pineapple Haze hybrid. Trying to pop those seeds at the moment.

GreenChick She didn't produce a lot of weight, but I'm still content with NOT killing my plants. I don't smoke, so I made resin. Takes quite a bit to feel the effects. Not sure if that's normal.
