Found a bunch of hard things on the flower this week. I thought they were bugs but it was poop from a fat Caterpillar! It ravaged an entire bud and branch. I had some random tomato plants sprout from the ground from tomatoes that fell last year and grew really well so I left them and set my cannabis adjacent and touching one of them. Bad idea lol. It served as a highway to my plant for the bugs. I have moved it a little so that it’s no longer touching and haven’t noticed anymore caterpillars. As easy as this grow outdoors has been, the uncontrollable factors are frustrating. The other thing I’ve noticed is that auto flowers produce airy buds no matter what. I’ll be switching to photoperiods for the fall/winter grow.

@MrGoonai, lol fat stoned alice in wonderland caterpillar. I just took a magnifying lens to the buds and they look milky so, I’ll probably harvest this week. This thing grew strange and fast. 8-9 weeks. Thanks for following I’ll update it when I chop it. I’d rather not let another caterpillar enjoy my plant anymore 🤣

Looks phantastic! She is doing crazy good for a plant, that is just given soil and perlite. Seems you tomatosoil is really good and healthy.

@LarfSnarf, yeah, i also had seeds, that differed quite much from each other. But always interesting to see! Ok, so no normal soil, but well prepped soil 😅

@MrGoonai, haha thx man! The soil had sticks and grass composing for 1yr. I mixed perlite in both my tomatoes and this 3gal. This plant has a strange structure to her, kinda just the main stalk is producing flower. There are other shoots at the bottom that are going now too but very different structure from my previous two plants. I did spot some white mold on a couple leaves but im treating that tomorrow. I appreciate your comment! This is kinda just an experiment that’s turning out to be great! I think I limited it’s growth potential by putting it in a pot but having it mobile for bad weather is more important to me.

@James, thanks for the view! I have tons of RQS seeds and love the genetics. Best seed bank in the world!

What a great harvest! Well done! Curious, how much weight she is going to loose.
