SickNature420GER The week is going very well so far, even though the weather makes the VPD a bit spectacular for my taste. I've now decided on the individual training methods, and it will be that I will top the two Lemons and try to train the Apples with the low-stress training method. I used this week to create the watering and feeding plan, as well as to plan ahead with the EC value and analyze my water quality, understand it, and learn how to work with it. We are currently at 450 PPFD on day 18. This week I only fertilized once... I was too cautious... ^^ On day 19 around 6 PM, it was time to clean the scissors with 99% IsoAlk and then chop the head off. The Apple has learned the "Hofknick" as announced. I'm super excited to see how the project progresses.

SickNature420GER Week Start: Increased lamp distance, hopefully for a bit of stretch. (+2cm) The ballast on the lamp has now been separated to better distribute the LED strips for a more homogeneous photon flow. Light intensity cranked up to 30%; This corresponds to an average PPFD of 490-550 at a distance of: L#1= 39cm L#2= 36cm ApS= 41cm The EC value of the tap water is around 715, after 0.5 ml/L CalMag it's about ±795 & after 1 ml/L BioBizzGrow it's around 1230. Watered in 2 gentle doses of 1l/plant and carefully moistened the soil with a spray bottle (pH 6.4) beforehand to make it more receptive. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of not adjusting the pH after mixing the nutrients for LCCA#1 & Apple Strudel Auto. So we only ended up with a pH of 7.5 in the watering water. LCCA#2 got its 6.4. Not very tragic but unfortunately also not ideal 😮‍💨.. 3 days later, I watered/fertilized again according to my schedule and the following day for the 3rd time to introduce the Myco-Rhiza, even though the soil wasn't in the sweet spot yet... The plants have tripled in size, but unfortunately, the Apple Strudel is suffering from extreme dwarfism so far; hopefully, that will change since I love bonsais, but the plan is actually Bio TopShelf for medical self-supply and not a miniature state garden show. On the last day of this week, I prepared everything for the transition to flowering and built a trellis, and pruned and aligned everything.

SickNature420GER Week Start: Today on day 28, only the LCCs were properly watered/fertilized; the Apple Strudel is still too moist, the pot feels heavy. Base values 1l water: pH 7.9/1l & EC 610 (25.6 C°) Water adjusted to an average pH of 6.3. The LCCs were moistened with about 600ml in 2 passes using the sprayer. The Apple only had the pot edges kept moist, which required 300ml. Then there was 1l per plant with 0.5ml/1l CalMag = EC 720. 2nd Round: (~EC values add up.) 1.5ml/l Grow EC 1150 0.5ml/l Bloom EC 1275 0.5ml/l TopMax EC 1285 ~pH 6.4 We tried to create a mini runoff with the Apple and Lemon 1, but that was unsuccessful, so we tried a soil and distilled water solution to measure a rough EC for orientation. The same will be done again as soon as I dare to do it precisely with all of them with a runoff since I also want to know the soil pH alongside the EC. Day 31: Both #️⃣🍋🍒🍪 are looking pretty good, the mushrooms are probably already working. 🤙🏻😇 That's why we went straight from being overly cautious with the nutrients to normal portions as planned. EC 1390-1410 (1ml Grow + TopMax & 2ml Bloom) with CalMag, we're up to 0.75ml/l. EC stable at 6.3-6.5. Now it's time to wait, adjust the lamp power consistently, and observe until the Apple needs physiotherapy again.... 😌💚🌱 Happy growing, dear ones 😘 Day 33: Everyone has grown super well, so I couldn't resist shaping the Apple Strudel one more time. We hope that it will now be efficient; it would be a shame not to taste this delicious strain due to mold during drying because of the dense growth of the side branches. I plan to dry the plants as a whole, which is a bit crazy given my VPD, but let's see how it goes and what you all think. 🤔💯

SickNature420GER We're starting the week with regulated watering at 6.2 and adding CalMag 0.75ml/l. 🍋🍒🍪 = 2l each 🍏🥧🔧 = 1.5l (500ml of that from the bottom through the saucer to properly moisten everything.) Two days later, the top cm of the pots are already nice and dry again, so I'm going to move up the feeding a few hours to today and trust the plants to handle their flowering stretch. The Apple is still a problem child... showing nutrient burn or something like that in the dense growth center on the new growth. Against all reason, I decided to isolate it and restart, listened to my gut feeling, and took it out of the tent and onto my lap, cleaned a pair of scissors, and started to remove the least useful branches and leaves a bit more strictly, and then adjusted the stakes again to hopefully get at least one presentable binding project across the finish line. So today, I'm also just watering carefully and not feeding her. The Lemons are completely relaxed, only showing slight spots on the leaf tips. But that doesn't bother me for now; the same noticeable spots are on some strain preview pictures, so it can't be that wild. The two girls will get their Ferti-cocktail today as planned.

SickNature420GER Yesterday, 2x1l of nutrient solution with 1600/1-3-2+1/6.2 was poured in. It was too little, next round will be 3 liters+. Day 44: everyone also got their 3l, carefully from the top and bottom. We added a bit of Bloom 3ml/l based on gut feeling and as before, 1ml CalMag. pH was lowered to 6.2. Unfortunately, the Apple Strudel couldn't be left as it was, had to take the scissors to it again, then also partially removed or relocated the stakes. Light intensity is currently at 80%. About 700-750 ppfd 🤔 need to find time to measure. Day 47: since everything is going so well, I spontaneously decided to do a bit of tweaking and the Lemon Cherry Cookies were improved again during lollipopping, and with the Apple, unfortunately, while lightly defoliating, a little bud broke off, which I then tried to reposition with a topping in the right spot to get it back in the right light (this happened because I'm trying to remove the leaves at the breaking point lately). In any case, we're now at 1 CalMag, 4 Bloom, 4 TM, and 1 Grow at about 6.3-6.4 pH. EC range around 1900-2000 and the lamp is at about 85/90% power with a distance of 40-50 cm.

SickNature420GER Day 49: Watering amount [email protected] for the bushes. Apple doesn't need anything yet. Day 52: Apple Strudel underwent a main lining as well as I could manage. Then she got a trellis and was trained. Yeah, I know, that was all a detour and in the end, I'm scrogging her anyway... Day 53: Today, I defoliated again at the mid-level and watered and fertilized again. JBL pH Minus goes into the bucket, and now I'm adding the pH Down from BioBizz along with ActiVera because I noticed that I might have messed up the soil a bit with the other pH stuff, which caused me ongoing issues in the last runs. They weren't severe, but they could have led to nutrient deficiencies and problems with the roots.

SickNature420GER Everything is currently good and running smoothly. I'm worried about mold due to high VPD and my countermeasures with the humidifier. But with 2 air fans? Can someone ease my worries please x'D.. W9T1: Apple Strudel has finally transitioned significantly into flowering. It's relatively dry so I can water again. It also looks extremely vigorous, so I'm being cautious with further feeding and only giving half of the planned watering volume as nutrient solution, and the rest will be adjusted CalMag water. We're watering a total of about 3 liters. The Cookies can still leach their medium a bit more for the next supply.

SickNature420GER Today, the 2nd fan that had to cool the lamp and carefully support air circulation at the bottom was turned off, as it’s getting noticeably cooler now and other problems will arise, like excessive heat. Watering will probably last until Saturday, so a few days of a breather and the tent stays closed. 🚁🤣 as OB 😄... otherwise, there was a small mini-harvest to make a few checks and for documentation purposes, all for science.
