Hello MLedu,
There are a few issues with this plant and I would recommend to start over again. The plant should reach this size within 1 week.
The issues are due, pH out of range, EC to high and soil too wet. Just learn from your mistakes and grow another girl. This one will not recover as fast as a new one grows.
