I attempted the ponytail tail method as it seemed least likely to stunt the plants veg growth. there was a slight effect on the growth that was tied up but over all it wasn't too bad and the lower branches did pop out abit. there is one photo to compare with the untrained sister. At around day 10 of veg she and the two sisters looked like they were ready to start going into flower
