JohnKomisch Week 9 of my first attempt. I deliberately chose a slightly smaller pot to better control the size. The fertilizer is a standard Compo organic tomato fertilizer, which I give twice a week. The brown spots appeared when I didn't water enough and the soil completely dried out. Otherwise, she seems quite happy.

JohnKomisch The plant is doing well. The smell is getting more intense but is still very pleasant. The impatience is slowly rising, but I guess that's something you have to endure.

JohnKomisch I had to install a watering system in the meantime because I'm afraid the little one won't be ready by next week. And then I'm going on vacation, so I hope to have the watering set up well by then. Otherwise, she's doing well. The buds are slowly but steadily getting thicker. I've also done a little defoliation since a few of the really big fan leaves were blocking quite a bit of sunlight. But she handled it wonderfully.

What do you think of a "partial harvest" before my vacation next week (only 10 days)? I'm a little afraid because I don't have anyone to look after her and I can't react to any problems myself. Blueberry Zkittlez Auto (Sensi Seeds)

partial harvest is 100% possible and used by many outdoor growers. Your plant is rather small yet, there wouldn't be much harvest. Maybe take a look into some DIY watering things. Should survive 10 Days no problem with that, or she dies because something went wrong but i would take the gamble and see what you learn! Good luck! The buds have a nice structure, i want to see her grown up

JohnKomisch So, now it's time for vacation. I defoliated them again last week so that the buds get plenty of sun during my absence. I'm already looking forward to coming back! The smell is getting more and more appetizing :P

JohnKomisch Came back from vacation yesterday and the main stem was completely bent over. The storm the day before wrecked our whole balcony. Fortunately, aside from that, only a few of the larger fan leaves were affected. The remaining hanging branches have straightened up again last night and can probably still ripen a bit more. Fingers crossed :)

JohnKomisch So, it won't be much in the end, but I'm still quite satisfied. I think I could harvest now since some trichomes are already turning amber. But now I'm going on vacation for two weeks, and I don't want to leave them drying unattended for that long. After the vacation, it's time to get serious :P
