Do NOT spray your plants with neem or any oils or pesticides in flower if you plan to smoke them. The cold and lack of light will slow the flower development a lot. You have autos, so try to get them as much light and warmth you can inside. Low light and no light are quite different. If your plants sit in complete darkness they will die quite quickly, but in the livingroom, I'm sure there is some light from outside, even if it's overcast.
