We transplanted her into a 7-gallon fabric pot this week, since her roots were finally established and poking out the bottom of her starter pot.
She looks a lot better now, and I expect her to exponentially grow now that she has some healthy fan leaves.
Good luck with this. If the shell doesn't come off , try to spray it with some water , let it soak a few minutes and carefully peel it off , if needed use some pliers
One of my Permanent marker autos died because the seed husk was stuck, and when I gently tried to remove it after spraying it with water, it ripped it in half. My other two permanent marker autos are doing okay. Roughly about the same size as yours
Take that shell off .. spray with water to soften and use a needle to carefully remove it before she dies...she can be saved .. but not if you don't act fast
