Northeast organic outdoor 24

This pheno recently developed purple stems to go with the purple petioles it's had since early veg. I've foliar sprayed Epsom and added it to waterings lately but no change. Stems are not hard like they get when stressed. This is only pheno doing this so I'm assuming it's genetic.
