31.08. - 07.09.
Cosmorrow full spectrum LED @ 20 W
Grow LED (fix) @ 26 W
Intention of this grow:
- It is my first photoperiodic plant
- I love Jack Herer, but only got restricted grow possibilities
- I will grow her 12/12 (after 2 weeks 16)
- I will experiment with main-lining and try, if I can grow photos under this conditions and the grow options I got.
I know photos, especially sativa-dominant plant, aren’t especially known for being best suitable for this. So I read several times, but I'll try myself because f-it, isn't homegrow meant to be experimental and educative?
On 07.09. I softly started LST to bring her in the right position for the actual LST.

This week I topped her at the 2nd node. This in preparation for main-lining.
Some LST to bring the plant in optimal position for main-lining as well.
Beside that, nothing to report.

Overall the development is way slower than I expected. I heard that Jack Herer is not good for training, maybe due to this reason her growth is inhibited.
This week I startet to train the two shoots into the main line.
I decided to not go to fancy on this plant and do a simple row. I will top the last shoots when ready, maybe in one or two weeks. Then flip to 12/12.

05.10. Flip to 12/1
Main-lining works pretty well so far. I tuck the fan-leafes behind the shoots where necessary, to avoid defoliation.
In some days I will top the end of the main shoots (the both tops at the end of the main line) and then switch to 12/12.
Overall veg took longer than expected, but in the end it doesn’t matter to me.
