or flowering you have to have 12-12, 12 hours of light, 12 hours of darkness, I think you were doing the cycle backwards, I hope to help you and that it is not too late... If they are autoflowering (I doubt it because of the amount of stress at 18 hours) try to raise the focus, but I would say that they are not autoflowering and time is doing them wrong ...
