My very first grow

Week 3 started! I removed 4 suggar leaves from each plant to give enough light to the lower buds. Then I guided each bud to grow on the side. My plan for next week is to cut all apical buds that come again, to double the number of side and apical buds once again. But let's hope the plants won't suffer much with the stress. After removing the leaves I noticed that the plastic hooks I used somehow also damaged part of the roots, so I soaked all both plants with water, and turned off the fan for today to make sure they do not suffer much more.
