Plants have been watered for the first time after 7 days. Some people have mentioned that it is better to start in small pots and water regularly with small amounts. From what I have read Autoflowers can be planted directly into their final pot. Regarding the watering for seedlings there seem to be different approaches. The german community seems to have a different opinion than many english speaking guides and advises to water with ~1/3 of your pot size, but less often. That would be 3.5-4 liters for my size. I have the feeling that I mixed my soil with more perlite than most people do, since I already got strong runoff after 3 liters. I guess I just have to water more often and with 2.5 liters. No nutrients added yet. My lights are still on 40% and I lowered them a quite bit, because BKC started getting leggy again and is developing faster than the others. BKC is being hit with ~350 PPFD right now, the others are placed to the side and receive ~310 PPFD. HBH is a bit smaller and also has the smallest leaves, but that was to be expected. When reading the mephisto genetics reddit, it was mentioned a couple of times, that HBH grows a bit slower. This is more than many guides recommend, but so far they are showing no sign of stress and I plan to slowly increase the light over this week up to 400 PPFD. My DLI is around 20 which is a bit high for 7 days, but with lower intensitiy my plants kept getting leggy. I am using the photone app and following their recommendations: https://growlightmeter.com/lighting-requirements-of-cannabis-over-the-full-grow-cycle/

I added pictures from 4 days after germ and wonder why my seedlings are so leggy (~5cm). I already filled it up with soil and they would be 10cm by now if I didn't. First 2 days was 12-14 DLI and since yesterday am giving them more light than many guides say: 250-270 PPFD, 18 DLI

Hey, a little bit of stretching is normal under SanLight LEDs as they emit not so much blue but more red in their light spectrum. If it really would have been 10cm long by now without adding soil on top, you may have had the light a little too far away for the first 2-3 days...it should be fine now with the adjustments and start to make bigger leaves while slowly getting bigger with the stem thickening. A good indicator is the color of the stems, they shouldnt be too light in colour, thats when you dont have enough light. Good luck!

We have a decalcification machine (natrium based), so I have low magnesium/calcium. People say my soil is low in cal/mag. Should I add Biobizz Calmag on my first watering?(50% of recommendation for autos?) This one looks already droopy, doesn't it? Think I need to water soon.

If you have a water softener, it may be best to mix 50% of it with unsoftened water. Water that is low in minerals is not good for plants and does not react in the same way with fertilizers, in terms of pH and EC. After that, if you want to give it calcium and natural magnesium, it is available in quantity in clay. By adding some to your potting soil, the plant will take it when necessary 😉👍

What could the reason for those spots be? I suspect one of the following: Nute Burn because my Autoflowers are in 75% Allmix. Cal/Mag deficiency because my water is very soft and a bit high in natrium. Light Burn because the DLI was ~25 when it should be 20
