📆 Germination Week, 9-15 October 2024 9 Oct - Placed a single seed in a cup of RO water, put in seedling tent under a ViperSpectra 600 (90 watt) light at 25%, RH% 50% light cycle 18hrs, temp 74 degrees F. 11 Oct - Seed cracked, root appeared. Placed seed into Root Riot starter cube, then put into a translucent small bowl with a lid applied to keep the humidity at 100% until sprouted. 13 Oct - Seed sprouted from starter cube (see picture). 14-15 Oct - Watching and waiting for roots to appear through RootRiot cube. 📑 This diary and notes are for my Seed Supreme Jealousy Glue Feminized grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue is a new variety from Seed Supreme that promises a spectacular fusion of two titanic strains, marrying the legendary Gorilla Glue #4 with the exquisite Jealousy. Gorilla Glue #4 brings her trademark sticky trichomes and earthy, pungent tones, while Jealousy adds layers of spicy and fruity nuances, creating a mouthwateringly complex flavor profile. You’re looking at up to 28% THC from a seriously high-quality plant. She has Gorilla Glue #4 in the genetic tank, so expect vim, vigor, and weight. She piles on the pounds in flower and will need extra support for her thick branches. To bring out her best, provide a steady, controlled growing environment, paying particular attention to humidity levels. Her buds are dense and tightly-packed and can be susceptible to mold when left unchecked. Pruning will help, boosting airflow and light exposure, and should lead to balanced growth and optimum health. You’re looking at a 68 day flowering time with yields up to 20 oz per plant (outdoors), even for beginners. This is mainly down to a robust genetic profile, a fast, hardy plant, and super-sized colas! The Plan: I’ll transfer the seedling into a permanent 5 gal DWC home once roots appear through the starter cube, which could take another few days. Using time tested Terra Aquatica (GH) nutrients, providing an environment idea for harmonious growth, develop and mature this seedling in about 18 weeks or so. So here we go. 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🍽️ Root Riot starter cubes 🔆 ViperSpectra 600 Light power at 25%, DLI 10 at 18hrs. ⛺️ Custom Tent for seedlings 14”x19”x21” That is it for this week. Thanks for the look, read and stopping by.

📆 Week 4, 6-12 November 2024 6-12 Nov - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue continues to make some fantastic growth. Exceptional genetics tend to be healthy, strong and resistant to many common problems. I would say she is trending into this category. During this week I just removed a few of the main leaves that covered lower branches. This helps them develope better and keep up with the main stem of the plant. No defoliation. 🍶 6 Nov nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 6 Nov feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 2.2 at 73 degree F 🖊️ Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down 🔆 Light power at at 50%, DLI 27 canopy coverage at 20hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 5, 13-19 November 2024 13 Nov - Defoliated and cut off side shoots from main branches (see pictures). 13-19 Nov - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue has a great structure so far. I did a modest defoliation and cut side shoots off the main branches to help them keep up with the main stem of the plant. I’ll wait another week or 2 before putting the scrog ring on and spreading, flatening out the height. 🍶 13 Nov nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 13 Nov feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 67 degree F 🖊️ Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down 🔆 Light power at at 50%, DLI 27 canopy coverage at 20hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 6, 20-26 November 2024 20-21 Nov - Observed and let the plant grow. 22 Nov - Defoliated and cut off side shoots from main branches (see pictures). Added Exhale 365 C02 bag. Adjusted light power, 1 light at 50%, 1 light at 75%, DLI is 35 at 20hrs. 23 Nov - Evenly spread main branches under scrog ring. 24-26 Nov - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue has an excellent structure. I did a major defoliation and cut side shoots off the main branches, and then spread them evenly under the scrog ring using wire to hold them in place this week. I also added an Exhale 365 C02 bag to hopefully introduce some extra c02 into the tent. Because of this I adjusted the light power higher to a DLI of 35. Just experimenting at this point. If anyone has experience using this as a generator I’m open for comment and suggestions. Thinking maybe veging another week and then possibly going into pre-flower. 🍶 20 Nov nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 20 Nov feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 70 degree F 🖊️ Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down 🔆 Light power is at 50%, and 75%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 20hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 7, 27 November - 3 December 2024 27 Nov - 3 Dec - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue has had another week of excellent growth. She continues to spread, the side shoots are very strong and want to grow as fast as the branch they are coming from. Still not ready to put her into pre-flower so I’ll wait another week and see where she is at. My region experienced a very cold spell this week where the temperature outside dropped into the teens farenheight. When this happens the only probelm is the humidity becomes drier inside the tent. The bigger the plant the less stress it takes on, so I am not too concerned with it at this point. - 27 Nov nutrient solution changed - 27 Nov feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 67 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 50%, and 75%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 20hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 8, 4-10 December 2024 4 Dec - Defoliated plant, trimmed side shoots. 5-10 Dec - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue has had another great week of growth. This is a high maintenance plant. I defoliated, cut some side shoots again this week and spread branches. To get the shape you want, the few side shoots I allow to grow are very strong and grow fast. She is spreading nice and is on track to being a fairly large plant. Still not ready to put her into pre-flower. Probably another week. My regions cold spell has passed and the humidity is back to normal, around 50%. Everything is looking good with this girl so far. - 4 Dec nutrient solution changed - 4 Dec feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 65 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 50%, and 75%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 20hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Week 9, 11-17 December 2024 11 Dec - Defoliated plant. 12-17 Dec - Observed and let the plant grow. Jealousy Glue keeps on moving on, spreading nice and becoming a large plant. It is finally time to put her into pre-flower. It has been a smooth grow so far with no problems, a good sign of healthy and stable genetics. - 11 Dec nutrient solution changed - 11 Dec feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 64 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 50%, and 75%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 20hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Week 10, 18-24 December 2024 18 Dec - Did a light defoliation. Turned 2nd light up to 75% power, and light schedule back to 12/12. 19-24 Dec - Observed and let the plant grow. This was Jealousy Glue first week of pre-flower and she has began to stretch. Although I have started this cycle, it is not reflected in the diary as a “flower” week. I’ll keep it in a vegetative week until pistols and buds start forming, usually 2 weeks. This will give me a more exact timeline toward maturity. 10-14 days is a long time in a buds life, especially if cut too soon. - 18 Dec nutrient solution changed - 18 Dec feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.4 at 65 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 11, 25-31 December 2024 25-31 Dec - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 She definetly showed some early bud formations this week. Well into the flowering now. It will be another week before I begin to defoliate some and cut back unwanted buds and branches. It will give the plant more time to develope the more prominate buds to keep. This process does take some time, but the end result is larger, more uniform buds, and it works best for me. It is time for patience, you do not want to cut too much off the plant too early. - 25 Dec nutrient solution changed - 25 Dec feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.4 at 65 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 12, 1-7 January 2025 1-7 Jan - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue is flowering and stretching on schedule, looking great with no problems. Bud developement is looking promising for a nice yield. These are some of the best genetics I’ve grown so far, very hardy and thriving. Next week I’ll begin to remove some unwanted side shoots and smaller buds that grow lower on the plant. - 4 Jan nutrient solution changed - 4 Jan feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.5 at 55 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 40 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Week 14, 15-21 January 2025 15-21 Jan - Observed and let the plant grow. What a nice plant Jealousy Glue has become. Bud developement is progressing great and on schedule. There will be a few more lower buds I’ll end up removing in the next couple of weeks that just will not amount to much. I’d rather direct that energy to the larger flowers, the loss is minimum, and I don't press or use extracts, just smoke bud. At this point in I will continue to watch and let the plant grow. - 16 Jan nutrient solution changed - 16 Jan feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.3 at 55 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 45 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 📆 Week 18, 12-18 February 2025 12-18 Feb - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 Jealousy Glue has one more week to go now. I checked the trichomes in the bud area and most of them are milky, very few clear in the lower buds, and very few amber in the upper buds. Will continue to watch and let the plant mature without adjusting anything at this point. I like the way she is looking in bud shape, size, color, and smell. Her last week will consist of a light feeding, I no longer flush. - 12 Feb nutrient solution changed - 12 Feb feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 1.8 at 59 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 45 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Thanks for the look, read and stopping by.
