GanjahGrove 11/7: Seeds arrived in the mail. Was taking a trip later in the month so I held off on germinating them and just kept them in a drawer. 11/18: When I got back, I germinated the seeds by putting them in a cup of water for 48 hours in a dark cabinet and then onto wet paper towels between two plates for 24 hours in a dark cabinet. 11/21: Auto flower tap roots were decently sized and the photoperiods looked like they need another day so I just planted the three Auto flowers in 3 gallon buckets which will be there final home in a 80% soil (Sunshine Mix #4) and 20% perlite mix. 11/22: The tap roots on the photoperiod plants were good enough for me to plant into 4 inch pots of soil/perlite mix. I ended up throwing away the Special Queen #1 because I didn’t have a pot for her at the time. 11/27: All seeds have popped from the soil. The auto flowers showed up on around the 25th but all seem to be growing very well. I move the pots to face the east in the morning for the rising sun and then move them again to get the west/south sun at the end of the day getting about 8 hours of direct sunlight.

GanjahGrove 12/1: 9 days since planting photos, 10 days since planting Autos. Plants are growing very nicely. Noticed white flies hanging around the auto flowers and under the leaves. Handpicked them off and sprayed with a diluted dawn dish soap and water mix. 12/3: 11 days since planting photos, 12 days since planting Autos. White flies hanging around here and there but definitely a lot less than the last time and I just handpick them off as I see them. 12/5: 13 days since planting photos, 14 days since planting Autos. Hit the two week mark on the Autos and I think they are looking great. The growth is fast and I’m very excited for it to continue.

GanjahGrove I think my auto flowers have started pre flower and I’m planning on doing some LST on it in the coming days. They have doubled in size this week and I’m hoping they get a bit taller. Photos are showing signs that they are hungry. The lower leaves are starting to turn yellow so I decided to just transplant them into a 3 gallon pot with new soil and new nutrients. I’m using Sunshine Mix #4 so we will see how long they are good for or if they are still hungry. I have GH 3 part nutes with armor si that I’m planning to use along with recharge. I wish I got cal mag to start there first feeding cause I read that it was light enough for their first feed but it’s all good. Just excited to see more growth! PEST: whiteflies were getting crazy so I got neem oil which I haven’t used yet and sticky traps that caught a bunch of them and so far it hasn’t been as bad as the couple of days before.
