Welcome to my Black Muffin grow diary! This photoperiod strain is one of Sweet Seeds’ newer additions, also promising a fast flowering cycle of 6-7 weeks. Its potential for vibrant "red family" hues makes this grow especially exciting.
Setup and plans:
Black Muffin will share the growbox with Cinderella Jack at the start, living on a 20/4 light schedule for the first week. After that, I’ll switch to 18/6. Once Cinderella Jack is harvested, the light schedule will change to 12/12, and Black Muffin will be ready to start its flowering phase.
Equipment:
Growbox: 80x80
Lighting: Spider Farmer SF1000 (100W)
Pot: 11 liters
Soil: Light-Mix by BioBizz
Nutrients: Full BioBizz lineup
Germination process:
24.11: Seed soaked in water for 12 hours until it sank.
25.11: Moved into coco pellets to germinate.
27.11: The seedling emerged, shedding its shell.
28.11: First official day of Black Muffin's life.
Current status:
The seedling is growing strong in the shared growbox, and I’m looking forward to watching it develop. Stay tuned for more updates!
Good luck for your next grow! Sweet Seeds is my choice for the next run as well. I am going to try some auto strains from their red family. I love their colours 😊
@GanjaChimp, Thank you for your kind wishes! Their red family is indeed very appealing, and I was also impressed by the seeds—they germinated very quickly and successfully. I’ll be looking forward to your next grow as well!
