I started them in FFOF soil and solo cups covered with a plastic bag to keep humidity in. The strains are Ice and Original Glue. The tent I'm using is 2x2x5 with a 400watt viparspectra LED. My plan is to use the Nebula manifold grow technique found on www.growweedeasy.com. This will be my first grow, wish me luck!!
The leaves on the Ice plant are growing in a bit mutated. It may be caused by me not transitioning them more slowly to be without the plastic bags which kept the humidity in. Just an idea. Other than that so far so good.
This week was a bit stressful with me not knowing what was causing the Original Glue to look so unhealthy. After this photo I reduced the frequency of watering and began to use Advanced Nutrients grow, micro, and bloom fertilizer along with Voodoo Juice and B-52 all at quarter strength.
So this week went great with the plants reacting positively to reduced frequency between waterings. Now let's cross our fingers that the Advanced Nutrients work as well as they say they do.
Both plants have been transplanted into two gallon fabric pots at this point. I chose this size to limit growth due to the limited size I have with a 2x2 footprint.
I only had to top the Original Glue since the Ice grew on its own with heads. I decided to clone the main cola after I got the idea to clone it in a rotisserie chicken package.
Both the ladies are doing great and are trained to hold four main colas each for a total of 9 when I include the clone. I also forgot to include that the clone is in a 1gl smart pot.
At this point I'm not doing much. I'm just making sure they grow healthy and outward. I'm tying them down using plant training wire. I'm honestly surprised with how well they're doing!
The girls are looking amazing, the clone somehow managed to stretch through to meet the height of the Ice and the Original Glue mother plant. So far all is going well.
They're coming along perfectly. At this point I realized that I shouldve stopped including Voodoo Juice and B-52 in their feeding schedule about a week prior to this photo. Oops lol.
