Northern Light Automatic

Kept soil moist with plain water plus calmag. Started with nutrients with first serrated leafs showing. Light broke on day 4.

Replaced light on day 8. 4 days with plain daylight, barely any growth. Changed light schedule to 20/4.

TDS runoff keeps rising to above 1000 ppm CALMAG agent ap not necessary with Canna Coco nutrients Forgot to raise lights appropriately, might explain the low distance between nodes

Good so far.

Light nutrient burn on the tips. Reduced nutrients. Lights to Runoff EC 750 pH 6.8

Beginning of week 6, Northern light still growing strong. Temperatures getting higher with 100% light intensity. Holding at 26°C throughout the week. Humidity stable at 50%. Started flowering on day 34-36.

Northern Light in full flower. Showing signs of Calcium deficiency. Added some CalMag and increased nutrients in general.

Start of week 8 looking good. New leaves still light green, increased nutrients. CANNAZYM every 2nd watering.

Top colas getting fuller. Leaves showing some brown spots increased nutrients. Overall height reached. Buds starting to thicken.

Development is strong. Buds thicken up nicely. Waiting for hairs to turn brown slowly. This week will be the last with full nutrients. Had to start supporting colas, while they're getting too heavy. Trichromes starting to cloudy up. I was really sure, that the discoloration of the leaves (especially top ones) comes from light burn. Now, it looks more and more like a nutrient burn. Last week of full nutrients anyway, but next grow I'll watch out to not overdo it. Runoff on day 69 was 850 TDS at 6.5 pH.

Nutrients have now been reduced significantly. Runoff is at around 850 ppm. Trichomes are filling up with cloudiness. Extremely few amber trichomes, but more than 95% half clear, half cloudy. White hairs are still mostly white on some colas, on others already 50% brown. If I'd have to guess, I'll have around 1 to maximum 2 weeks until harvest 😍 Watering at TDS of 500 gives a runoff of about 1000 ppm. Will reduce that throughout this week.

Started flushing. Trichomes looking cloudy, with very few amber one's slowly appearing. Harvest is very likely going to be this week 😍

This strain surprised me a lot. The results with all the difficulties along the way are just amazing. What a huge plant and the smell is already so intense! Immense colas!
