Ripper Misc. Grow

I prefer this kind of germination method since i've had the best success with it and the biggest advantage over germination directly in substrate for me is, that you can check everytime If the seeds will germinate or not. One of the most annoying experiences in terms of growing cannabis for me is to pop seeds directly into the substrate and waiting for them to show their heads .. just to not germinate and always wondering if the seed will manage to make it or if I would have to use new seeds to replace them. This can result in a big loss of time, especially the difference in age of the seeds is f**** up then. The plans for this grow are : Starting with popping more seeds than used, so i can sort out plants that are not growing properly, while they are still small (before they will be repotted into their last pots, which will be in 3 L , before their 11 Liter pots) All plants will be mainlined and topped to 8 with a new (faster) mainling method. Check the guide out here: https://www.growweedeasy.com/manifold (by Nebula Haze) The reason for this was my last mainlined grow where i used both, the 3rd and 4th node (topped to 16), which resulted in too many branches, so that they grew together "too near", which did not satisfy me. Pots will be : 0.2 L plastic pots - (roughly after 1 week after germination) 3 L Gronest Cloth transplanter pots - (roughly after 3 weeks after germination) 11 L Gronest Cloth Pots Learnings from the last grow(s) to consider : Toppings not too early (longer recovery time between the single toppings) Starting earlier with fertilizer (light mix low nutrient level) 👉 Update 09.04.2025 Every seed popped ! (paper towel just rocks 🙌) After 48 hours of darkness in wet towels all seeds went straight into their new 0,2l plastic pots and from there into the vegi tent. The soil got pre watered with regular water + root juice and mixed by hand. After potting them in they got watered a little more. The level of development differs from seed to seed: 2-3 were still pretty small. 1 already goit rid of his "helmet" and shows the first tiny leaves. 3-7 of them already had a really good development in terms of length/size. The current PPFD value is set to around 180 for the start. Fan and air extraction system are already running. Constant heat mat is set up. They will get a few days of help from the domes above them in terms of humidity and getting root stability, so they are not getting blown away by the fan 😜 👉 Update 10.04.2025 3 Pictures added All plants but 1 are already seeing the light. Most of them were also able to get rid of their hats. I will do a little rescue search to see, if the last one needs help. 👉Update 13.04.2025 All but one baby plant seem to be growing as aspected. One of the White Apricot x Runtz seems to struggle. It probably has to go, even tho it has germinated at first. 😓😪 Temperature is currently 27-28 gedrees celsius and a rather low humidity of around 50 %. 👉 Update 16.04.2025 One White Apricot x Runtz seed germinated but stopped developing Afterwards, so we lost one solider in the way. All the other Babys are growing pretty good. They are getting watered from time to time with regular tap water + root juice. The lightmix is still providing enough nutrients foe the current phase.
