No.You'd need something like Bone Meal for veg as its high in N Nitrogen with P and K which is basic plant nutrition.You'll see the NPK rating on all bottles.Veg needs high N and flower needs low N and high P and K which blood meal has.You'be better off getting some Biobizz grow and bloom its cheap basic food.You will want some of their top max with that.
Even for tomatoes you put manure when you create soil, once and small dose.

Worm castings is very potent thing, that would be enough for basic NPK top up, but again, in flower you need bigger PK part than N, so dont overdo.
O cultivo são de 2 sementes uma delas quebrou bem rente ao solo ,retirei ela aumentei o buraco e enterrei mais fundo .removi também uma das folhas primárias para que pudesse sair raízes no lugar sobreviveu porém tá atrasado o desenvolvimento
