To the breeder. Thank you for the gift. Maui Waterfall regular seeds. Debating whether to grow this or some Belizean regular seeds this year. Maybe both. More diaries to come.
Starting Plant 1 in a small pot and then will transplant to a 7 gallon grow pot. Plant 2 is started directly in a plastic bag with about 5 gallons of soil. My biggest obstacle with Autos is getting past the seedlings stage. The slugs always eat them. Will be placing some coffee grounds on the top of the soil to hopefully help deter the pests.

Something sprouted. Maybe it's the watermelon. It took approximately 2 weeks to sprout out of the soil where I placed it. Slow going at first. Has two leaves and the starters (cotyledons) at DAY 14.
