Should always fully saturate when irrigating. if you do it at same amount of dryback (i.e. loss of weight), it will take the same volume each time.
how your substrate is constituted will impact how much and how long between.. so will the size of the plant.. so this is variable over time. Once it stops growing, it'll remain consistent mid flower and later.
context dictates, not some top-down value pulled from the ether.
if fully saturating any pot, ever, causes a problem, it's a matter of how that soil was constituted and nothing else. fully saturating is not "overwatering"
