What (1) phase you are in and (2) the specific genetics of the strain and (3) the type of medium all come into play. Yes it's ok to bring your plants in at night if the temperature drops too much, especially in the first few weeks of their life. I bring mine in as long as they are in cups, once in pots they stay out. Usually by then nights temps are 12°C or higher
