Scrubbyjimbob The next run is loaded and ready. Another 3 pack from FastBuds, Purple Lemonade Auto. Soaked the seeds overnight and into the Rapid Rooter pucks they go. 3 days later they break "dirt". The tent is cleaned up and open for business again a few days later, so I waste little time getting them settled into their places. I'll top irrigate a few times a day along the perimeter of the net cups until roots emerge. Set the light 25 inches above at it's lowest setting(about 240w).

Scrubbyjimbob Girls are doin good. Roots starting to show. Solution mix is still really light. To help bring temps up a little I started running the exhaust on a 30min on/30min off cycle. I'll continue it until humidity becomes an issue.

Scrubbyjimbob Plants started taking a turn for the worse. They totally stalled out after these photos were taken and I killed them off on 4/12. Not really sure what the problem was. The roots looked OK, they just stopped growing and the foliage started looking starved. I've heard the seeds they give away in the contests is old stock and the logos are from before FastBuds changed them. I guess it's possible I didn't have stuff cleaned up enough from my last run but I didn't see signs of root rot. Probably old seed. Getting reloaded and will have a replacement journal up soon, doing a rerun of MSNL Dosi Dos Auto. Gonna be the virgin run for my new flowering LED. Just got a new Spider Farmer SF4000. =) Not quite the wattage of the SZHLUX but better chips and more of them. Can't wait to see what it can do.
