1 - (03/14) Starting my new seeds, my other order for the Barney's never came in the mail. Must be "lost"... Decided to go get something semi locally. Picked up 2 strains and got the free Early Miss as well. Germination has started as of 03/13, paper towel transfer at 03/14 (approximately 16 hours later). Tent is sanitized and the new LED I'll be running is almost here. (Decided to wait on the full spectrum) Following guidelines as per Crop Kings recommendation for germination. We'll see in the next 48 how well they have developed under the paper towel. This plant will be grown alongside the Early Miss and quite possibly the GSC from Sun West Genetics as well. The GSC and EM will have separate diaries, so be sure to check those out as well! This grown will be done in the Indo 4*2*5 tent. Thank you to everyone that chimed in on my last failed grows, I look forward to some success after the excellent suggestions I received from everybody. Super excited! Happy growing! 2 - 03/16 - Looks like a good start to the germination. 48 hours after they were dumped from the glasses. Waiting for those t roots to get a bit bigger yet. 3 - 03/17 - 72 Hours later, forgot to get in the tent and remoisten the paper towels last night, just got up at 4am and they were pretty dry. Tap root looks to have lost some moisture, I'm just hoping I didn't already fuck them up this time. Shouldn't have drank so much on my 30th. Happy Saint Patrick's day to y'all! Hopefully they suck up some water and bounce back by midday. Going to put them in jiffys or rock cubes tomorrow. 4 - 03/18 - Planted in their first pots. Due to the nature of my last grow, I've decided to start the other 2 girls in a jiffy. Placed the jiffy into a smaller pot (approx. .25g?) That is filled with my Mo Koko, gia green organics 4-4-4 all purpose, 40% worm castings and a higher 60-70% perlite ratio. I plan on testing the runoff from the pots and the Early Miss is in a felt pot, so I figured it would be a great idea to accommodate for the additional moisture those felt ones hang onto. Probably going to uproot the EM tonight and transfer it to a jiffy as well then get it into a plastic pot. (Edit - decided against it) I'm going to run two 3 gallon pot sizes for both of my autos and eventually upsize to a 5 gallon for the GSC PP. Going to get some nicer domes today. Getting pumped. Almost through the germination process and onto Day 1 of Veg. 😎 Video update later today! 5 - 03/19 - All the girls are popping up out of the soil and should shed the seedling casings within 24hrs. Off to a much better start! The EM somehow came out, big surprise to see it. Not as pronounced as the other girls, but nonetheless. Stoked. Ended my day by them officially being in Veg Day 1. 6 - 03/20 - Well yesterday was officially day 1 of week 1 in Veg and as of this morning all 3 girls look great. Definitely feeling more confident this time through. 7 - 03/23 - Made some adjustments to the diary, measured the girls and corrected my Veg days. Moving forward, I'll do week to week updates on the girls and daily pictures of growth progress. 8 - 03/26 - Day 7 for all the girls. CC is definitely on the weakest link list. The EM has shocked me entirely. GSC is progressing as I figured she should. Today I am finally going to scoop my new light. So stoked 🙌 Girls get to go into week 2 with a heavy adjustment on their total wattage. I'll update later this evening with a photo update and video of the new light and the girls. Thanks for following, don't forget to hit the like! Cheers 🌱

This q is for my Candy Cane Auto. I know I likely should have went right into a 3+g pot, instead I used a jiffy puck and a small container with my medium of choice. I decided that I best transplant before she gets too developed. Will she be stunted? They are at day 6, all intact.

Hey There Jblls!! You can transplant now if you would like or wait another week its up to you. Your seedling is looking very healthy and should have no problem with a transplant. Just be gentle when doing so when they are this small make sure to not damage and roots. The best way to do it with smaller plants like this is to kinda hold it with the main stem in between your fingers with your palm on the soil. Then flip it upside down and let it come out slowly to make sure none of the soil falls of in a chunk taking roots with it. then gently put into her new container.😊 Happy Growing!!

1 - 03/27 - Starting up week #2. New light is installed, will be monitoring the set up now since the new light is 800w. Tent temperature peaked yesterday at 85. Added a big fan in the tent and an additional fan for circulation outside of the tent as well. Going to need my air scrubber sooner than later to help keep my temps in check. Likely need a cool mist humidifier as well now. Woohoo. At least they are all still standing! 2 - 03/27 - The new LED at 800 watts is far too much. The tent was heating up uncontrollably past 86, so I decided to take it back and grab the single 400 for the time being. That way at a later date I can upgrade to a secondary 400 and still pull equal wattage. Also added a 6in inline fan to help keep the tent cooler. Sitting around 76 -80 now so I'm pretty happy with it. The 400 run quite a bit cooler than the 800 does. The 800 brought my tent up another 10 degrees whereas the 400 unit sits my tent up at 3 degrees. All in all, feeling good about the swap and new lights. Time will tell if I need anything additional come first week of flower 03 - 03/31 - Almost nearing the end of week 2. The girls are doing amazing. Candy Cane is finally catching up and everybody is filling out now. Super cool to see what a week does! 🌱 Each of the ladies received some very light LST last night. Light pull on the leaves downwards to pull the top open and create some more developmental growth. I also decided to run a really light liquid nutrient cycle. I'll post the product and details tonight. Happy growing! 🌱 - Made an executive decision mid morning and decided that 1.5/2g is not a big enough finished pot size for the EM Auto. I moved her to a 5. I was really sceptical since she's doing the best for vegetative growth out of the group but decided to embark on the risk. I consider it a move and not a transplant at this point. When I moved her, I cut the fabric pot in 6 spots down to the base. I let some of the loose dirt fall into a tray and prepared the 5g to accept the 1.5g transfer. I used a single table spoon of the gia green power bloom and coated the hole. I gently misted the outside of the remaining dirt and the EM root base and picked nearly the whole plant up with little to no disturbance whatsoever. (80% of the total potted plant and coco stayed in tact). She went in beautifully and still looks happy. I guess we'll see how much damage has been done come harvest. Fingers crossed that she didn't feel a thing. 👍🌱

1 - 04-03 - Week 3, Day 1! I'll do a decent update on all the diaries tonight. Happy growing! 🌱 -Tonight- Update; Did some LST across the board. Various amounts of training for each of them, dependent on their individual growth and development needs. (Honestly just going for it lol) Anyways, no water for them for the last 48 hours. They'll likely get a nutrient drink tomorrow night. Still a bit oversaturated... Still looking good, excited for another week of development from these girls. 🌱👍

1 - 04 - 10 - Day 1 of Flower. She's slow to the punch but that's to be expected from my last week. The EM is still behind the CC for time frame. I'll post a more updated diary entry later on this evening. 2 - 04 -16 - I've been the shits for keeping up with the verbal end of things. Hopefully the photos are doing enough justice. Feel free to follow me on Instagram as well. Same username. Anyhow, I topped dressed both flowering plants this morning. 1tblsp of 4-4-4 and 3 tblsp of 2-8-4 from Gaia Green Organics. They seem to be doing well. I've done daily LST for weeks on end. Leaf tucks every day multiple times per day. I've also clipped some of the lower end of the plant away. Some big fans are no more as they seem to be soaking up the majority of the food and blocking key flower sites. She got stressed to the max so there's going to be no training for at least a solid week now.

Wanted to check and see what others thoughts are on the new growths. I know it's been behind for the top dress which was just done so it'll be a day or 2 before shes getting good uptake again. Is the light green small growth near flower sites normal? Or is that a nutrient defic?

Lite green is normal at the tops with new growth, nute burn generally starts at the tips of the older fan leaves. Make sure you ph your water and use a TDC/EC meter to keep an eye salt build ups. Looking good to me! Good growing!

On to week 3 of flower! Girls are going to have a relaxing week to bring on some new legs 😁 Should be a big week for them all to gain some serious height. Getting really excited! 👊🌱 The EM is definitely blowing my mind. Love how well she's responded to me 💪🌱🙌 04-23 - Did a decent defoliation today, probably won't do much more to her until around week 5. 🌱💪

The EM is definitely not disappointing. I've put her through some really heavy LST. I've also done a bit of selective defoliation throughout the weeks. She's opening up more every day, packing on new bud sites. I'm super intrigued by the response from her and definitely can't wait until she starts really packing it on. 👍💪🌱

Few more weeks left before she gets the ✂️. She's definitely starting to fatten up, hopefully she continues to pack it on now that she's super stacked with bud sites. 🙌🌱 This girl has a decent nose. Even with the filtration... I smell her down the hall. 🙌 The EM has a particular nose that's filled with spice and herby profiles. Once you give a bud a squeeze, it let's out a euphoric smell that makes me think of smoking something and sitting down to eat for a few hours thereafter. Lol. I cannot explain how sticky these buds are. You squish them between your fingers and they refuse to let you go. Definitely excited for this harvest. 🌱🙌💪

She's all stacked up and getting some tackyness that has an ever wonderful spice and herb smell. She's likely a week maybe 2 after the CC comes down. Don't think they are going to finish together but we'll see! 🙌🌱✂️ Pulled her today as well. Keeping the system going 💪👍🌱 Doing a trim with the big homie Baked Potato Grows 👌 She's going to sleep for another 24. 👍 ***She's officially been chopped ✂️🌱*** I'll be drying and completing the trim work for harvest prior to the diary update. 💪👍🙌

Still waiting for the cure to finish fully. She was an extremely fun plant and probably the only reason I would consider buying a cks seed again. She had no issues with disease and was also very resistant to intense training. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with the yield considering she was tucked in a corner with the candy cane only taking around 2 to 4 square feet total. Definitely excited for the next few girls as these first two did not have the lighting requirements I wanted them to have throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this particular strain to anyone just getting into the game! 👊👊💪🙌🌱
