KanOrganics This is a plant that I never documented the first 7 weeks of the grow because it was stunted and wouldn't grow.
After fighting with it for 2 months, I decided to throw it in the corner. Corner = the tent with my 45-gallon raised bed. The hope was with so much room for root mass, it could just take its time and vegetate as long as needed.
The plan was always to create a large-ish plant that I could pollinate with some special pollen later on in flower to produce a really great strain.
So, here it is, un-sexed, just after transplanting it into the 45-gallon bed.

KanOrganics Well, the transplanting into a huge raised bed was a good idea, as she started to take off almost immediately (despite not being close to root-bound in the 5-gallon pot she was in). I'm liking how she is growing. We'll continue vegetating her for several more weeks.
KanOrganics Because she was stunted for her first 7 weeks, I ended up FIM-ing her back on week 8 when she started to take off. So, I decided that we're going to weave the two new tops into a custom-built trellis net I built. We will also top the lateral branches when they fill out with the more increased light they will receive. The plan is to fill the net out enough, but not completely. I've never grown this strain before, and I don't want to risk any mold from a canopy that has too ense foliage. Additionally, I'm unsure how much it will stretch once I flip it in a few weeks, so I want to leave some weaving wiggle room.
KanOrganics This week the lower branches have caught up to the net and I will continue to weave them. Additionally, the top was getting too woody and hard to weave, so I super-cropped about 3 or 4 apical stems, and tucked them under the net.

KanOrganics Well, I think this is going to be the last week of vegetating.
This raised bed was mixed with an organic soil over a year ago, and hasn't been re-amended, so I am started to see some magnesium and sulfur deficiencies. I'll water with some Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) to counter this, but I don't expect it to help much because other nutrients are probably lacking at this point too.
Everything is fine though with a little yellow. We'll still get lots of small colas, and this was never meant for flower production. We're breeding this plant, if it is female (still no sex determined), for a bunch of seeds.
KanOrganics I was sick last week so we're skipping week 14 and on to week 15. It showed sex last week. It's female, and we're flowering now. We'll pollinate it next week.

KanOrganics We still didn't pollinate it. Next week for sure.
KanOrganics We pollinated it this week. Now we wait a few weeks for seeds.
We used B.O.G. Seeds - BOGBubble, a pretty pure Bubblegum variety as the pollen donor.

KanOrganics I removed the trellis net today, mostly because it was getting difficult to water and I didn't think its shape would change after being tied up for so long. I was wrong. It did collapse quite a bit into a nice looking shape. I actually like it better.

KanOrganics This is week 20 of a plant I'm breeding with.
The large 45-gallon bed's soil hasn't been amended in over a year, which is why it's yellow, but it's only for seed, and the buds are developing nicely.
This plant is Purple Urkle #103 x Purple Urkle (Humboldt CSI)
The pollen donor is BOGBubble (B.O.G. Seeds)
Seeds on the upper half are probably nearly mature now, but I don't expect a seed harvest chop date for another 2-4 weeks.
Right before I started flowering this plant, I took 3 clones which have been growing pretty large. One of them is too large so I super-cropped it and started flowering it today. That one will be for flower production, and I will get a diary up shortly.
KanOrganics Well, this is day 143 from seed and I never wanted a grow to be done soon enough before. But it looks like we still have some immature seeds and I'd say we have another 1-2 weeks left.
I chopped this massive plant down a week or two early, since the soil was old and depleted of nutrition. I then dried her for just over 2 weeks, and proceeded to harvest the seeds. This flower was not for consuming as I hand-pollinated it with B.O.G. Seeds - BOG Bubble, a pretty pure Bubblegum variety. Despite chopping it early before all seeds could mature, I'm still left with just over 3,000 fully mature seeds.
