In preparation for the coming outdoor season, I planted a total of 3 seeds on Sunday.
The Blueberry from Fastbuds with the cute Finnish name Sinikka naturally gets its own grow report, as befits a favorite strain.
As I said, I started the seeds on Sunday.
This time I used my favorite method again, the water glass.
I left the seed in the glass of water for about 36 hours.
After 24 hours you could already see the seed coat opening.
Incidentally, this was the first of a total of 3 seeds.
Runtz Auto and Sticky Beast Auto from Zamnesia were the other two and can be found in a separate report
After 36 hours, they were placed directly in the Biobizz Light Mix soil.
It only took one night for Sinikka to poke her head out of the soil, also as the first of the three.
This time I wanted to put the plants out as early as possible in order to make 2 outdoor runs with this year.
This resulted in a temporary space problem.
So I first planted Sinikka in a 2-liter pot so that I could pre-grow it in my tent.
If all goes well and the weather cooperates, I hope to be able to plant her in the garden in 3-4 weeks.
It hasn't been that long since I started the diary, so there's not much to report yet.
Sinikka is doing well, is currently developing the 2nd pair of leaves and is in a race with Zamnesia's Runtz Auto.
At the moment I am only watering with tap water, the pH of which I have adjusted to a value of 6.7 using PH down from Biobizz.
I'll probably add some Calmag the next time I water, as my tap water deficit is quite high.
If the weather and temperatures hold up, I will probably start acclimatizing the cars to the sun during the course of the week.
Let's see....
@Fast_Buds, Hey, thanks for the comment!
I'm really looking forward to seeing how good the grow will be with this blueberry.
My expectations are high, I hope they will be fulfilled. 😎
@Schnabeldino, thank you! I went back to the normal Biobizz Light mix soil instead of the peat-free one and suddenly I have no problems with either the seedlings or the cuttings I took from my last botched grow attempt.
@Nillenium, Danke Dir!
Also bleiben die solange in meinem 60er Zelt und dürfen dort schon mal was an Masse zulegen.
Dir auch einen guten Start in die Grow Session!
