KushandCoop To germinate my Black Tuna seeds, I used 50 ml of clean water with a pH of 5.9 and added 0.5 ml of 3% hydrogen peroxide. I let the seeds soak, fully submerged, in a dark place at around 23°C for 32 hours. After soaking, I planted them directly into small pots and placed them inside my AC Infinity dome, keeping the temperature at 25°C and humidity at 70% to help them sprout.
The medium I planted the hydrated seeds was 70% coco fiber, 20% perlite, and 10% worm castings. I used a sterile syringe to apply water pH'ed at 5.9 in 5-7 drops intervals in a spiral around where I planted the seeds, not directly on them.
