Grow #3 is White Chem which were some freebies. They will be growing along with some Orange Diesels that were started about a week earlier. The tent is a 3'x3' with 4" exhaust fan and filter. They are in 3 gallon equivalent air pots with Pro Mix HP. I soaked the medium a couple of days prior to starting. The light is a 1200w (265 actual) blurple. The 5'x5' is finishing up with my first grow and will be available in a week or two. It has a 600w QB.
I will be using Mega Crop for these. It arrived in the mail yesterday. I can compare it to the Fox Farms that I'm using on the Orange Diesels. It won't be a perfect experiment, but I will likely be nearly out of the trio pack that I initially purchased using it only on the diesels. So I needed something anyway. I'm really hoping Mega Crop works well because it will be much easier than using multiple fertilizers.
I sprayed the top layer prior to the pictures. It is still pretty moist under the surface. Nothing other than the spritz and rotating spots happened this week.
I will probably water them a little before too long. LST when it seems like it is a good time. Looking forward to some good growth.
Thanks for checking out this grow.
Things appear to be starting out well. Watered a couple of times this week:
Day 11 - 500 mL, 1 mL cal mag/gal, 1 g mega crop/gal (176 ppm, 6.2 pH)
Day 14 - 1000 mL, 1 mL cal mag/gal, 1 g mega crop/gal (184 ppm, 6.2 pH)
I have read nothing else is needed with Mega Crop, but I have also read that a little if you are using R/O water helps. Will give a little and see what happens.
The LST was started today. They looked like they were big enough and could handle it. I probably could have started sooner.
Things still appear to be going well. The plants seem to be tolerating the LST and defoliation. Watered twice this week:
1500 mL/per plant with 1 mL cal mag/gallon + 2 g mega crop/gallon (277 ppm, 6.20 pH)
2000 mL/per plant with 1 mL cal mag/gallon + 2 g mega crop/gallon (285 ppm, 6.21 pH)
Moved the Orange Diesels to the flower tent. The White Chems should enjoy having the extra room now.
